Abstract
【解決手段】 断面形状が正方形のコイル用線材の、正方形の断面の四方の隅に円弧状面取り部を設ける。このように面取り部が設けられたコイル用線材の断面積は、前記正方形の1辺と同じ長さの直径を有する円の面積の1.15倍以上の広さとする。

Claims (5)
- 断面形状が正方形のコイル用線材において、正方形の断面の四方の隅に面取り部が設けられ、前記面取り部が設けられた前記線材の断面積が、前記正方形の1辺と同じ長さの直径を有する円の面積の1.15倍以上の広さを有することを特徴とするコイル用線材。
- 断面形状が正方形のコイル用線材において、正方形の断面の四方の隅に円弧状面取り部が設けられ、前記面取り部が設けられた前記線材の断面積が、前記正方形の1辺と同じ長さの直径を有する円の面積の1.15倍以上の広さとなるように、前記円弧状面取り部の円弧の半径の長さが設定されていることを特徴とするコイル用線材。
- 断面形状が正方形のコイル用線材において、正方形の断面の四方の隅に面取り部が設けられ、前記面取り部が設けられた前記線材の断面の外周の全長が、前記正方形の1辺と同じ長さの直径を有する円の円周の1.09倍以上の長さを有することを特徴とするコイル用線材。
- 断面形状が正方形のコイル用線材において、正方形の断面の四方の隅に円弧状面取り部が設けられ、前記面取り部が設けられた前記線材の断面の外周の全長が、前記正方形の1辺と同じ長さの直径を有する円の円周の1.09倍以上の長さとなるように、前記円弧状面取り部の円弧の半径の長さが設定されていることを特徴とするコイル用線材。
- 前記正方形の1辺の長さが1mm以下である請求項1から4のうちのいずれか1項に記載のコイル用線材。
