Description
Claims (6)
- 互いに逆方向に集合撚りした2本のリッツ線が並列巻きでコイル状に成型されて成ることを特徴とするリッツ線コイル。
- 前記2本のリッツ線が前記並列巻きで前記コイル状に成型された後、金型で所定形状にプレス成型されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリッツ線コイル。
- 前記2本のリッツ線は、それぞれ素線数が同数であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のリッツ線コイル。
- 前記2本のリッツ線は、並列配置された状態で径方向に重ね巻きされて多層のコイル状に成型されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうち何れか1項に記載のリッツ線コイル。
- 前記2本のリッツ線は、並列配置された状態で隣接するリッツ線の素線撚り方向が互いに逆方向になるように軸方向に縦積みされた状態で巻回されてコイル状に成型されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうち何れか1項に記載のリッツ線コイル。
- 複数本のリッツ線が並列巻きでコイル状に成型され、相隣接する前記リッツ線同士が互いに逆方向に集合撚りされていることを特徴とするリッツ線コイル。
