Claims (6)

  1. 電解質媒体を含有した電解質層の厚み方向表面に触媒電極を設けた複数の電解質組立体間に介在され、燃料ガスおよび酸化剤ガスの流路を分離する分離部と、外周部に設けられ、燃料ガスおよび酸化剤ガスの漏出を防ぐシール部とが一体化されたセパレータであって、
    シール部に相当する領域には、電解質組立体の触媒電極形成面に平行に延びるシール突部であって、その頂部がばね力によって前記電解質組立体に圧接されるように構成されたシール突部を有し、
    前記シール突部の前記燃料ガスおよび酸化剤ガスの流れ方向に垂直な断面が円弧状であることを特徴とするセパレータ。
  2. 電解質媒体を含有した電解質層の厚み方向表面に触媒電極を設けた複数の電解質組立体間に介在され、燃料ガスおよび酸化剤ガスの流路を分離する分離部と、外周部に設けられ、燃料ガスおよび酸化剤ガスの漏出を防ぐシール部とが一体化されたセパレータであって、
    シール部に相当する領域には、電解質組立体の触媒電極形成面に平行に延びるシール突部であって、その頂部がばね力によって前記電解質組立体に圧接されるように構成されたシール突部を有し、
    前記シール突部の前記燃料ガスおよび酸化剤ガスの流れ方向に垂直な断面がＵ字形状またはＶ字形状であることを特徴とするセパレータ。
  3. 前記分離部と前記シール部とは塑性変形加工によって一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項１または２記載のセパレータ。
  4. 金属板からなることを特徴とする請求項１〜３のいずれか１つに記載のセパレータ。
  5. 分離部には、電解質組立体の触媒電極形成面に平行で、互いに平行な複数の凹形状の流路溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項１〜４のいずれか１つに記載のセパレータ。
  6. 分離部とシール部とはプレス加工によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項１〜５のいずれか１つに記載のセパレータ。
