Abstract
【解決手段】 このコネクタ構造10は、雄端子23を雌端子13の接点部13fに接触させた雌コネクタ11と、雄コネクタ21との嵌合固定状態で、上記雄端子23と雌端子13との間に生じ得る摺動距離が、上記雄端子23と雌端子13の接点部13fとの接触部分における接触痕Aの範囲よりも小さくなるように構成されている。

Description
上記雌端子内に挿入されて上記弾性接触片に突設された接点部に接触する雄端子と、この雄端子を収容する雄側ハウジングとを備えた第2のコネクタとからなるコネクタ構造において、
上記雄端子を雌端子の接点部に接触させた第1のコネクタと第2のコネクタとの嵌合固定状態で、上記雄端子と雌端子との間に生じ得る摺動距離が、上記雄端子と雌端子の接点部との接触部分における接触痕の範囲よりも小さくなるように構成している。
摺動痕=2×接触痕−ガスタイト面長さ
ガスタイト面長さ=2×接触痕−摺動痕
=2×接触痕−(接触痕+摺動距離)
=接触痕−摺動距離
よって、ガスタイト面長さ>0となるには、
接触痕−摺動距離>0
すなわち、接触痕>摺動距離
となる。

Claims (3)
- 弾性接触片を有する雌端子と、この雌端子を収容する雌側ハウジングとを備えた第1のコネクタと、
上記雌端子内に挿入されて上記弾性接触片に突設された接点部に接触する雄端子と、この雄端子を収容する雄側ハウジングとを備えた第2のコネクタとからなるコネクタ構造において、
上記雄端子を雌端子の接点部に接触させた第1のコネクタと第2のコネクタとの嵌合固定状態で、上記雄端子と雌端子との間に生じ得る摺動距離が、上記雄端子と雌端子の接点部との接触部分における接触痕の範囲よりも小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とするコネクタ構造。 - 上記接触痕は接点部を形成するために弾性接触片に打ち出し形成されたエンボス形状に応じて設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ構造。
- 上記雌端子と雄端子との間に生じ得る摺動距離は、第1のコネクタと第2のコネクタとの嵌合方向に沿った方向と、この嵌合方向に直交する方向のいずれもが、上記接触痕の範囲内よりも小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のコネクタ構造。
