Abstract
【解決手段】 濾過ユニット1において、原水が導入される貯水槽あるいは貯水池内に浸漬されて設置される有底筒状のケーシング2に、貯水槽等内の原水をケーシング2内に導入する導入口2Aと、導入された原水に活性炭を添加する活性炭供給手段5と、活性炭が添加されたケーシング2内の原水を撹拌する撹拌手段4と、原水を濾過する濾過モジュール3と、ケーシング2内の原水が導入口2Aに逆流して貯水槽等内に排出されるのを抑える逆流抑止手段6と、ケーシング2内の原水を排出する排出手段7とを備える。

Description
また、こうして連続的な濾過を行うと、濾過モジュール3表面の活性炭C層表面が、有機物等で覆われてしまい、新たに導入された原水W中の活性炭C層での濾過効率が低下した場合、一旦制御手段2Bによって導入口を閉じてから撹拌手段4によって撹拌を行い、すなわち図9に示す状態に戻って活性炭Cを再び分散させ、これら図9〜図11に示した工程を繰り返すようにして濾過運転を行ってもよい。撹拌の際には、吸引ポンプ3Bによる膜での吸引は停止する。
こうして洗浄手段によって濾過モジュール3を洗浄して付着物を剥離した後に逆洗を停止する。この剥離した付着物ごと原水Wを排出手段7によって排出する。ケーシング2内の原水Wの水位を図13に示すように徐々に低下させ、ついには水位を図14に示すように上記排出管7Bの下端以下として排出を終了する。なお、原水排出中にはエアスクラビングを連続して行ってもよい。その後原水および活性炭を再度導入し運転を開始する。

Claims (12)
- 原水が導入される貯水槽あるいは貯水池内に浸漬されて設置される有底筒状のケーシングに、上記貯水槽あるいは貯水池内の原水を該ケーシング内に導入する導入口と、導入された原水に活性炭を添加する活性炭供給手段と、活性炭が添加された上記ケーシング内の原水を撹拌する撹拌手段と、原水を濾過する濾過モジュールと、上記ケーシング内の原水が上記導入口に逆流して上記貯水槽あるいは貯水池内に排出されるのを抑える逆流抑止手段と、ケーシング内の原水を排出する排出手段とが備えられていることを特徴とする濾過ユニット。
- 上記逆流抑止手段は、上記導入口から上記ケーシング内の下方に向けて延びる下降管であって、この下降管の下端開口部が上記撹拌手段よりも下方に位置させられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 上記撹拌手段は、上記ケーシング内に空気を散気することによって該ケーシング内の原水を撹拌する散気手段であって、上記濾過モジュールを洗浄する洗浄手段を兼ねていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 上記濾過モジュールは原水から濾過した濾過水を排出する膜濾過水管を備え、上記撹拌手段は上記ケーシング内の原水を撹拌する流体が供給される流体供給管を備え、上記排出手段は原水を排出する排出管を備え、これら膜濾過水管、流体供給管、および排出管の少なくとも1つが、上記ケーシングの上部から該ケーシング内に配管されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の濾過ユニット。
- 上記排出手段は吸引ポンプに接続される排出管を備え、この排出管は上記ケーシング内の底部に開口させられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の濾過ユニット。
- 上記導入口には、この導入口を介しての原水の流通を制御する制御手段が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の濾過ユニット。
- 上記導入口は、上記貯水槽あるいは貯水池内における原水の水面部に開口可能に設けられているとともに、該ケーシングの外周の少なくとも上記導入口の周囲には、上記水面部の原水の流入を制限する仕切板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の濾過ユニット。
- 上記ケーシングが矩形筒状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の濾過ユニット。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の濾過ユニットを貯水槽あるいは貯水池内に設置することを特徴とする濾過ユニットの設置方法。
- 上記濾過ユニットを、平面視において上記貯水槽あるいは貯水池の原水が導入される側とは反対側に設置することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の濾過ユニットの設置方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の濾過ユニットを貯水槽あるいは貯水池内に設置したことを特徴とする濾過装置。
- 上記濾過ユニットが、平面視において上記貯水槽あるいは貯水池の上記原水が導入される側とは反対側に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の濾過装置。
