Abstract
【解決手段】 被清浄化空気を案内流動させる筒体内部に、気液接触部と、気液分離部とを順次配列した空気清浄化装置であって、前記気液接触部は水槽に蓄えられ加圧送水される循環水をノズルから噴射することにより形成される水幕と流動する空気とを気液接触させて空気中における有形無形の混入物質を取り去る領域であり、前記気液分離部は前記気液接触部を通過した空気中に含まれる微小水滴を空気中から分離除去するように構成された領域である空気清浄化装置において、前記循環水の水槽に対して安定化二酸化塩素水溶液を添加する二酸化塩素添加手段と、前記循環水の水槽から前記気液接触部内の噴射ノズルに至る循環水配管に配設され、前記循環水中に添加された二酸化塩素を活性化するための二酸化塩素活性化手段と、を設けた空気清浄化装置である。

Claims (6)
- 被清浄化空気を案内流動させる筒体内部に、気液接触部と、気液分離部とを順次配列した空気清浄化装置であって、前記気液接触部は、水槽に蓄えられ加圧送水される循環水をノズルから噴射することにより形成される水幕と流動する空気とを気液接触させて空気中における有形無形の混入物質を取り去る領域であり、前記気液分離部は、前記気液接触部を通過した空気中に含まれる微小水滴を空気中から分離除去するように構成された領域である、空気清浄化装置において、
前記循環水の水槽に対して安定化二酸化塩素水溶液を添加する二酸化塩素添加手段と、
前記循環水の水槽から前記気液接触部内の噴射ノズルに至る循環水配管に配設され、前記循環水中に添加された二酸化塩素を活性化するための二酸化塩素活性化手段と、 を設けたことを特徴とする空気清浄化装置。 - 前記気液接触部には、水槽に蓄えられた水を噴射するノズルの先端部側が空気流動方向に沿って対向するように配置され、該対向配置されたノズルからの噴射水流の先端側どうしを衝突させることにより前記筒体内の空気流動路を横切るように拡散する濃密な水幕を形成し、気液接触効率を向上させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄化装置。
- 前記二酸化塩素添加手段は、前記循環水の水槽に対して二酸化塩素の濃度が100ppm〜1000ppmとなるような規定量を滴下方式で添加する手段であることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の空気清浄化装置。
- 前記二酸化塩素添加手段は、前記循環水の水槽に対して二酸化塩素の濃度が200ppm〜750ppmとなるような規定量を滴下方式で添加する手段であることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の空気清浄化装置。
- 前記二酸化塩素活性化手段は、前記循環水配管の適宜部位に、循環水配管内の循環水に対して紫外線を照射する液密性の紫外線照射手段を配設したものであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の空気清浄化装置。
- 前記紫外線照射手段は、前記循環水配管の一部に拡張部を設け、該拡張された配管内に配設され、該拡張部内の循環水に対して紫外線を照射するものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気清浄化装置。
