Abstract
【解決手段】 生化学解析用ユニット10のスポット領域にプローブと点着し、フロースルーエリア41を形成する。生化学解析用ユニット10を反応容器22のチャンバー53にセットする。ターゲットを含む反応溶液25を調製する。反応溶液25をチャンバー53の注入口26から注入する。反応溶液25がフロースルーエリア41を通る際の圧力損失を80kPaとなるように送液流量などの調整を行う。圧力損失を大きくすることにより、反応溶液25は、下部チャンバー52a内で均等に拡がった後にフロースルーエリア41を流れるため、流速分布の低減を図ることができる。

Description
(1)前記フロースルーエリアを通過する前記溶液の流速を0.1mm/s以上20mm/s以下、
(2)前記フロースルーエリアに備えられているメンブレンの空隙率を55%以上90%以下、
(3)前記メンブレンの平均孔径が、0.1μm以上10μm以下、
(4)前記溶液を前記チャンバーに注入する際の温度を25℃以上80℃以下、
(5)前記チャンバーの溶液注入口と前記生化学解析用ユニットとの高さを0.02mm以上20mm以下、
(6)前記チャンバー内の前記溶液の平均温度を25℃以上80℃以下、
の各条件を適宜最適なものとすることで調整可能である。そのため、チャンバーに特別な加工を施すことなく前記フロースルーエリアに略均等に前記溶液を流すことが可能となる。なお、本発明は、テーパ状の形態を有するチャンバーを備える反応容器を用いることも可能である。

- 試薬となるプローブが固定化され、検体となるターゲットを含む溶液が流動可能な複数のスポット領域が配列されたフロースルーエリアを備えた生化学解析用ユニットを、前記溶液が注入されるチャンバーに収容し、
注入された前記溶液を前記スポット領域を通過するように流動させて前記プローブと前記ターゲットとを選択的に特異的結合反応させる生化学解析用ユニットを用いた反応方法において、
前記溶液が前記フロースルーエリアを通過する際の圧力損失を1kPa以上1MPa以下とすることを特徴とする生化学解析用ユニットを用いた反応方法。 - 前記フロースルーエリアを通過する前記溶液の流速を0.1mm/s以上20mm/s以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生化学解析用ユニットを用いた反応方法。
- 前記フロースルーエリアに備えられているメンブレンの空隙率が、55%以上90%以下のものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の生化学解析用ユニットを用いた反応方法。
