Abstract
【解決手段】中空糸型血液処理器を、水分放出型脱酸素剤と共にガス不透過性材料製容器に密封して放射線滅菌を施す中空糸型血液処理器の滅菌包装方法。
Description
前記円筒状の容器の材質としては、ポリカーボネートやポリプロピレンが挙げられ、耐熱性、透明性に優れるポリカーボネートが好ましい。また、ポッティング剤としては、ポリウレタンやエポキシ樹脂、シリコーン樹脂が材質として挙げられ、生体適合性の高いポリウレタンが好ましい。
まず、ポリビニルピロリドンを含むポリエーテルスルホン製中空糸を用いた中空糸型血液処理器を、水分放出型脱酸素剤と共にナイロン/ポリエチレン/アルミニウム/ポリエチレンの4層構造のラミネートフィルムからなるガス不透過性材料製容器に収容し、密封する。そして、この中空糸型血液処理器を収容し密封した容器を少なくとも24時間放置して容器内を無酸素状態にしたあと、滅菌に必要な線量の放射線を照射することにより滅菌は完了する。
次いで、中空糸が放射線の照射により受けたダメージを測定する為に、前述の人工腎臓承認基準にしたがって、滅菌を行った中空糸型血液処理器の中空糸の溶出物試験液を作成し、溶出液の吸光度を測定した。測定結果を表1に示す。
実施例1と同様にドライタイプの血液処理器を製作し、該血液処理器をポリエステル/アルミニウム/ポリエチレンのラミネートフィルムからなるガス不透過性材料製容器に脱酸素剤を入れずに大気雰囲気下で密封し、ガンマ線を15kGy照射し滅菌を行った。
次いで、中空糸が放射線の照射により受けたダメージを測定する為に、前述の人工腎臓承認基準にしたがって、滅菌を行った中空糸型血液処理器の中空糸の溶出物試験液を作成し、溶出液の吸光度を測定する。測定結果を表1に示す。
中空糸型血液処理器のタイプ:ドライタイプ
中空糸素材:PVPを含むポリエーテルスルホン
中空糸膜厚:30μm
中空糸内径:200μm
ガンマ線照射線量:15kGy
ガス不透過性材料製容器の材質:ポリエステル/アルミニウム/ポリエチレンのラミネートフィルム
密封後放射線照射までの放置時間:24時間
Claims (7)
- 中空糸型血液処理器を水分放出型脱酸素剤と共にガス不透過性材料製容器に密封し、放射線滅菌することを特徴とする中空糸型血液処理器の滅菌包装方法。
- 前記中空糸型血液処理器と水分放出型脱酸素剤を密封したガス不透過性材料製容器に放射線滅菌を施すとき、血液処理器の内部及びガス不透過性材料製容器の内部が無酸素状態である、請求項1記載の中空糸型血液処理器の滅菌包装方法。
- 前記中空糸型血液処理器がドライタイプである、請求項1又は2に記載の中空糸型血液処理器の滅菌包装方法。
- 前記中空糸型血液処理器の中空糸素材が親水性高分子を含むポリスルホン系樹脂である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の中空糸型血液処理器の滅菌包装方法。
- 前記親水性高分子が、ポリビニルピロリドンである、請求項4に記載の中空糸型血液処理器の滅菌包装方法。
- 前記ポリスルホン系樹脂がポリスルホンである、請求項5に記載の中空糸型血液処理器の滅菌包装方法。
- 前記ポリスルホン系樹脂がポリエーテルスルホンである、請求項5に記載の中空糸型血液処理器の滅菌包装方法。
