Claims (11)
- 第1パッケージの密封された保持容積部に収納され、血液流入口と血液流出口とによって区切られた血液コンパートメントを備える少なくとも1つの中空ファイバフィルタモジュール、特に透析器、を有する滅菌容器であって、
前記第1パッケージ内において、複数の中空ファイバフィルタモジュールが配設され、前記第1パッケージ内における各前記中空ファイバフィルタモジュールの前記血液コンパートメントの滅菌バリアが、各前記中空ファイバフィルタモジュールの前記血液流入口と前記血液流出口とを閉じるキャップによって実現されることを特徴とする、滅菌容器。 - 前記キャップは、摩擦接続を介して、前記血液流入口および/又は前記血液流出口に接続されている、請求項1に記載の滅菌容器。
- 前記第1パッケージは、当該第1パッケージに穴あきが形成されることを防止するべく、耐穴あきフィルムとして形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の滅菌容器。
- 酸化材料のストレスを回避するべく、前記第1パッケージ又は前記保持容積部に酸素吸収剤が導入されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌容器。
- 前記酸素吸収剤は、耐穴あきフィルムと一体に設けられている、請求項4に記載の滅菌容器。
- 前記第1パッケージが、前記酸素吸収剤による酸素吸収によって収縮すると共に当該第1パッケージの内部に配設された前記中空ファイバフィルタモジュールに対して隣接することによって、前記中空ファイバフィルタモジュールが互いに対して押圧するように固定されている、請求項4又は5に記載の滅菌容器。
- 前記保持容積部において、前記中空ファイバフィルタモジュールの少なくとも一部の間に中間層が介在している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌容器。
- 前記第1パッケージは、堅固な容器として構成された第2パッケージによって包囲されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌容器。
- 前記第2パッケージと前記第1パッケージとの間に、前記中空ファイバフィルタモジュールに対して作用する衝撃を緩衝するべく中間パッドが介在している、請求項8に記載の滅菌容器。
- 滅菌容器、特に、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌容器を製造する方法であって、
複数の中空ファイバフィルタモジュールが、第1パッケージ内に配設され、
その後、前記第1パッケージを、密封された保持容積部を形成しつつ閉じ、
前記閉じられた保持容積部中に存在する酸素を酸素吸収剤によって吸収し、
その後、ガンマ線放射による滅菌を行い、
前記中空ファイバフィルタモジュールをパッケージ化された状態でその内部に含む前記第1パッケージを第2パッケージに導入する、製造方法。 - 前記第1パッケージの前記保持容積部が、前記酸素吸収によって収縮し、これにより、当該保持容積部の内部に収納された前記中空ファイバフィルタモジュールは、前記第1パッケージに接触することによって、および/又は、前記中空ファイバフィルタモジュールの相互の接触によって、安定した位置に固定されている、請求項10に記載の製造方法。
