Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン;クラッチ;プライマリーモータ;クラッチを通じてエンジンに連結される自動変速機;セカンドリーモータ;及び差動ギヤ;変速時にこれらを制御するコントローラを含み、前記プライマリーモータは、前記クラッチの出力軸と前記自動変速機の入力軸との間に介在され、前記セカンドリーモータは、前記自動変速機の出力軸と前記差動ギヤの入力軸との間に結合される。前記コントローラは前記プライマリーモータとセカンドリーモータを制御して、前記自動化変速機の入力軸と前記差動ギヤの回転数を変速時のクラッチ結合に最適な回転数とする。

Claims (6)
- ハイブリッド電気車両の動力伝達システムにおいて、
エンジン;
クラッチ;
プライマリーモータ;
前記クラッチを通じて前記エンジンに連結される自動変速機;
セカンドリーモータ;及び
差動ギヤを含み、
前記プライマリーモータは、前記クラッチの出力軸と前記自動変速機の入力軸との間に介在され、
前記セカンドリーモータは、前記自動変速機の出力軸と前記差動ギヤの入力軸との間に結合され、変速時には前記プライマリーモータ及びセカンドリーモータの出力を調節することを特徴とする、ハイブリッド電気車両の動力伝達システム。 - 前記エンジン、前記クラッチ、前記プライマリーモータ、前記自動変速機、及び前記セカンドリーモータを制御することによって変速を行うコントローラをさらに含み、
前記コントローラは、前記変速の過程中は、前記エンジン、前記プライマリーモータ、前記セカンドリーモータの出力を調節することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の動力伝達システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記変速を行う過程で、クラッチ分離モードを実行し、
前記クラッチ分離モードにおいて、前記コントローラは、前記クラッチが解除される過程の間は、前記クラッチの設定されたトルク容量を越えないように、前記エンジンの出力トルクを制御し;
前記クラッチが完全に解除されてしまうと、前記クラッチの出力端の目標変速段での回転速度に同期化されるように、前記エンジンの回転数を制御し;
要求動力が前記差動ギヤの入力軸に出力されるように、前記プライマリーモータと前記セカンドリーモータとを制御することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の動力伝達システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記変速を行う過程で、現在の変速段解除モードを実行し、
前記現在の変速段解除モードにおいて、前記コントローラは、前記クラッチが解除された場合に、前記自動変速機の現在の変速段を解除し;
現在の変速段が解除された場合には、目標変速段での回転速度に同期化されるように、前記プライマリーモータを利用して前記自動変速機の入力軸の回転速度を制御することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の動力伝達システム。 - 前記コントローラは、変速を行う過程で、目標変速段係合モードを実行し、
前記目標変速段係合モードにおいて、前記コントローラは、前記自動変速機の入力軸の回転速度が前記目標変速段での回転速度に同期化された場合に、目標変速段を係合した後、要求動力が差動ギヤの入力軸に出力されるように、前記プライマリーモータと前記セカンドリーモータとを制御することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の動力伝達システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記変速を行うのにあたって、変速終了モードを実行し、
前記変速終了モードにおいて、前記コントローラは、目標変速段が係合されると同時に、前記クラッチの出力端の目標変速段での回転速度に前記エンジンの回転数が同期化された場合に、前記クラッチを係合することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の動力伝達システム。
