Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明では、一般式(1)で表されるピリジン誘導体と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、または遷移金属のいずれか一種とを含む発光素子用電子注入性組成物を用い、発光素子の発光物質を含む層の一部に電子注入層を形成する。

(式中、二つのXは同じであっても異なる構造であってもよい。R1〜R8は、それぞれ独立に水素、ハロゲン、シアノ基、アルキル基(ただし、炭素数1〜10)、ハロアルキル基(ただし、炭素数1〜10)、アルコキシル基(ただし、炭素数1〜10)、置換または無置換のアリール基、置換または無置換の複素環残基を示す。)

Claims (10)
- 請求項2において、
前記一般式(1)で表される物質と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、または遷移金属のうちの少なくとも一種とを含む層は、前記一対の電極の一方の電極に接して形成され、前記一方の電極は陰極として機能することを特徴とする発光素子。 - 請求項4において、
前記一般式(1)で表される物質と、Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Fr、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ce、Ybから選ばれた少なくとも一種の金属とのモル比は0.1〜10であることを特徴とする発光素子。 - 請求項4において、
前記一般式(1)で表される物質と、Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Fr、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ce、Ybから選ばれた少なくとも一種の金属とのモル比は0.5〜2であることを特徴とする発光素子。 - 請求項4乃至請求項6において、
前記発光物質を含む層は一般式(1)で表される物質と、Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Fr、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ce、Ybから選ばれた少なくとも一種の金属とを含む層は、前記一対の電極の一方の電極に接して形成され、前記一方の電極は陰極として機能することを特徴とする発光素子。 - 請求項3又は請求項7において、、
前記一方の電極は、可視光に対して70%以上の透過率を有することを特徴とする発光素子。 - 請求項2乃至請求項8のいずれか一において、
前記一対の電極は、いずれも可視光に対して70%以上の透過率を有することを特徴とする発光素子。 - 請求項2乃至請求項9のいずれか一に記載の発光素子を有することを特徴とする発光装置。
