Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の電子注入性組成物について説明する。
図1に、本発明における発光素子の素子構成を模式的に示す。本発明の発光素子は、陽極101と陰極103との間に発光物質を含む層102を有する構成となっている。発光物質を含む層102のうち、陰極103と接する層104に、本発明の電子注入性組成物を含む層を設ける。具体的には一般式(1)で示されるベンゾオキサゾール誘導体と、電子供与性を有する有機化合物とを含む電子注入性組成物を含む層を設ける。

Claims (8)
- 陽極と、陰極と、前記陽極と前記陰極との間に発光層と、前記発光層と前記陰極との間に前記陰極に接する電子注入層とを有し、
前記電子注入層は、一般式(1)で示されるベンゾオキサゾール誘導体と、一般式(5)で示されるテトラチアフルバレン誘導体とを含むことを特徴とする発光素子。
- 請求項1において、
前記ベンゾオキサゾール誘導体は構造式(2)で示される物質であることを特徴とする発光素子。
- 請求項1において、
前記ベンゾオキサゾール誘導体は構造式(3)で示される物質であることを特徴とする発光素子。
- 請求項1において、
前記ベンゾオキサゾール誘導体は構造式(4)で示される物質であることを特徴とする発光素子。

前記テトラチアフルバレン誘導体は構造式(6)で示される物質であることを特徴とする発光素子。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項において、
前記テトラチアフルバレン誘導体は構造式(7)で示される物質であることを特徴とする発光素子。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項において、
前記テトラチアフルバレン誘導体は構造式(8)で示される物質であることを特徴とする発光素子。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子を有する発光装置。
