Claims (12)
- ウコンの超臨界抽出物及び水アルコール抽出物を含む組成物であって、ヒトにおいて煙を解毒するために有効な量のウコンの超臨界抽出物及び水アルコール抽出物から調製される組成物。
- 水アルコール抽出物対超臨界抽出物の重量比が、水アルコール抽出物約３．０〜６．０部に対して、超臨界抽出物１部の割合である、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- クルクミノイド、酸化防止剤及びツルメロンのうち少なくとも１つを含む、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- ウコンの超臨界抽出物が約４３〜４７％のツルメロンを含み、ウコンの水アルコール抽出物が約１１〜１５％のクルクミノイドを含む、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- 緑茶の水抽出物をさらに含む組成物であって、ウコンの超臨界抽出物及び水アルコール抽出物のうち少なくとも１つが、緑茶の水抽出物との組み合わせにおいて相乗的に作用する、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- 煙の毒素に曝されたヒトに有効量の組成物を治療的に有効な期間経口投与する、請求項１に記載の組成物。
- 煙の毒素に曝されたヒトにおいて、変異誘発物質及びフィブリノーゲンの上昇したレベルを低下させるために使用される、請求項６に記載の組成物。
- ウコン及びショウガの超臨界抽出物及び水アルコール抽出物；
ローズマリー、パセリの種子、ペパーミント及びクローブの超臨界抽出物；
ローズマリー、パセリの葉、ペパーミント及びクローブの水アルコール抽出物；並びに
緑茶の水抽出物、
を含む組成物であって、
ヒトにおいて煙を解毒するために有効な量の（ｉ）ウコン及びショウガの超臨界抽出物及び水アルコール抽出物、（ｉｉ）ローズマリー、パセリの種子、ペパーミント及びクローブの超臨界抽出物、並びに（ｉｉｉ）ローズマリー、パセリの葉、ペパーミント及びクローブの水アルコール抽出物から調製される組成物。 - ウコンの水アルコール抽出物とウコンの超臨界抽出物の重量比が、水アルコール抽出物約３．０〜６．０部に対して超臨界抽出物１部の割合である、請求項８に記載の組成物。
- ショウガの水アルコール抽出物とショウガの超臨界抽出物の重量比が、水アルコール抽出物約４．４部に対して超臨界抽出物１部の割合である、請求項８に記載の組成物。
- （ｉ）ローズマリーの水アルコール抽出物とローズマリーの超臨界抽出物の重量比が約１．７５：１〜２．２５：１；（ｉｉ）パセリの葉の水アルコール抽出物とパセリの種子の超臨界抽出物の重量比が約１．７５：１〜２．２５：１；（ｉｉｉ）ショウガの水アルコール抽出物とショウガの超臨界抽出物の重量比が約４：１〜６：１；（ｉｖ）ペパーミントの水アルコール抽出物とペパーミントの超臨界抽出物の重量比が約１．７５：１〜２．２５：１（ｖ）クローブの水アルコール抽出物とクローブの超臨界抽出物の重量比が約１．７５：１〜２．２５：１、並びに（ｖｉ）ウコン、ローズマリー、パセリ、ショウガ、ペパーミント及びクローブの抽出物と緑茶の抽出物の重量比が約１：１〜２：１である、請求項８に記載の組成物。
- （ｉ）約４５〜５５重量％のウコンの水アルコール抽出物及び超臨界抽出物；（ｉｉ）約１．５〜２．５重量％のローズマリーの超臨界抽出物及び水アルコール抽出物；（ｉｉｉ）約１．５〜２．５重量％のパセリの種子の超臨界抽出物及びパセリの葉の水アルコール抽出物；（ｉｖ）約１．５〜２．５重量％のショウガの水アルコール抽出物及び超臨界抽出物；（ｖ）約１．５〜２．５重量％のペパーミントの超臨界抽出物及び水アルコール抽出物；（ｖｉ）約１．５〜２．５重量％のクローブの超臨界抽出物及び水アルコール抽出物；並びに（ｖｉｉ）約３５〜４５重量％の緑茶の水抽出物を含む、請求項８に記載の組成物。
