磁化可能なセルロースを使用する血清からのRNA単離
MS2ウイルスRNA(1×107−1×108コピー)を3つの異なる血清試料に感染(spike)させた。次いで、各試料中のRNAを、実施例3と同様に単離した。次いで、精製したRNAを、以下の鋳型を使用してMS2 RT-PCRアッセイ法によって定量した。
