Claims (10)

  1. ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材分散液を調製する方法であって、重合後にナノ複合材分散液を生成させるために、少なくとも一種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと前記モノマーに分散されている疎水的に変性された粘土とを含む懸濁液を懸濁重合によって重合させることを含む方法。
  2. 複数の中空ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材粒子を調製する方法であって、ポリマーシードおよび疎水的に変性された粘土を含むポリマーシード分散液を供給する工程と、反応混合物を生じさせるために前記ポリマーシード分散液を少なくとも一種の多不飽和モノマーおよび任意に少なくとも一種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと組み合わせる工程と、前記中空ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材粒子を生成させるために前記反応混合物内のモノマーを重合させる工程とを含む方法。
  3. ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材コロイドを調製する方法であって、重合後に前記ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材コロイドを生成させるために、少なくとも一種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと前記モノマーに分散されている疎水的に変性された粘土とを含む懸濁液をミニ乳化重合によって重合させることを含む方法。
  4. ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材分散液を調製する方法であって、複数の粘土粒子上に吸着された複数のポリマーラテックス粒子を含む水性懸濁液を供給する工程と、前記ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材分散液を生じさせるために前記懸濁液内で前記ポリマーを可動化させる工程とを含む方法。
  5. ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材分散液を調製する方法であって、粘土、少なくとも一種の粘土変性剤および少なくとも一種のポリマーラテックスを含む水性分散液を供給する工程と、ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材を生じさせるために前記分散液内で前記ポリマーを可動化させる工程とを含む方法。
  6. ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材分散液を調製する方法であって、酸粘土と水の混合物を生じさせるために、粘土および少なくとも一種のイオン交換樹脂を含む水性分散液を供給する工程と、反応混合物を生じさせるために、少なくとも一種の塩基性化合物およびポリマーラテックスを前記酸粘土と水の混合物に導入する工程と、ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材を生じさせるために、前記反応混合物内で前記ポリマーを可動化させる工程とを含む方法。
  7. 疎水的に変性された粘土を調製する方法であって、酸粘土と水の混合物を生じさせるために、粘土および少なくとも一種のイオン交換樹脂を含む水性分散液を供給する工程と、反応混合物を生じさせるために、少なくとも一種の塩基性化合物を前記酸粘土と水の混合物に導入する工程と、前記疎水的に変性された粘土を生じさせる温度に、前記疎水的に変性された粘土を生じさせる時間にわたって前記反応混合物を加熱する工程とを含む方法。
  8. 請求項1、2、3、4、5または6のいずれか一項に記載の方法から形成されたポリマーおよび疎水的に変性された粘土ナノ複合材粒子。
  9. 前記ナノ複合材粒子は塗料組成物内で、接着剤組成物内で、プラスチック添加剤として、布地結合剤組成物内で、またはディジタル画像形成組成物内で用いられる、請求項に記載のナノ複合材粒子。
  10. ポリマー粘土ナノ複合材シェルを含む中空粒子であって、前記粘土が疎水的に変性された粘土を含む中空粒子。
