Abstract
【解決手段】このソーブレード100は、円盤形のシャンク101と、このシャンクの中心部に形成され電動工具の軸が結合される結合孔109と、結合孔の中心から所定の半径の位置に配置された半径方向範囲に亘って配置されシャンクの半径方向に延びてシャンクの表面および裏面に所定間隔で反復的に突出するよう形成されるウェーブ形成部110と、被研削材を研削するため高硬度の粒子を含みシャンクの円周縁に取付けられた加工チップ104とを備えている。

Claims (5)
- 円盤形のシャンクと、該シャンクの中心部に形成され電動工具の軸が結合される結合孔と、前記結合孔の中心から所定の半径の位置に配置された半径範囲に亘って形成され前記シャンクの半径方向に延び所定の間隔でシャンクの表面および裏面に反復的に突出するよう形成されたウェーブ形成部と、被研削材を研削するため高硬度の粒子を含み前記シャンクの円周縁に取付けられた加工チップとを備えるソーブレード。
- 前記半径範囲は、前記結合孔の半径より大きく、シャンクの加工チップ形成部の半径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソーブレード。
- 前記ウェーブ形成部の突出高は、前記加工チップのシャンクの表面又は裏面からの突出高より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソーブレード。
- 前記ウェーブ形成部は、シャンクの表裏面へ交互に突出する複数個のリングに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソーブレード。
- 前記ウェーブ形成部は、螺旋形に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソーブレード。
