Abstract
【解決手段】 層の厚さが5〜300nmであるTiO2からなる高屈折率の被覆を有し、場合によっては、外部保護膜を有する、低屈折率で透明性のあるフレーク状基材をベースとした銀色顔料、および塗料、被覆剤、印刷インキ、セキュリティ用印刷インキ、プラスチック、ボタンペースト、窯業製品、ガラスにおける、また、種子用被覆剤における、プラスチックおよび紙のレーザーマーキング用ドーパントとしての、食品および医薬品分野の着色用添加剤としての、化粧品における、ならびに顔料組成物および乾燥製剤の製造における前記顔料の使用。

Description
−適用媒体における優れた透明性、
−純白の実体色、
−非常に明るい銀色干渉色、を示す。
−優れた光沢効果、
−調整可能な色調、
−色調の角度依存性、によって既知の干渉顔料と区別される。
赤〜紫色を経て緑色から金〜緑色までの色変化を有する銀色顔料
SiO2フレーク100g(粒径5〜50μm、平均厚さ450nm、厚さの標準偏差:5%)を脱イオン水2Lに懸濁し、激しく撹拌しながら80℃まで加熱する。12gのSnCl4×5H2Oの溶液と脱イオン水360mlに溶解した塩酸(37%)40mlを4ml/分の速度でpH1.6にて前記混合物へ計量供給する。続いて、TiCl4溶液(1L中、TiCl4400g)370mlを2ml/分の速度でpH1.6にて計量供給する。SnCl4×5H2O溶液およびTiCl4溶液を添加する間、NaOH溶液(32%)を用いてpHを一定にする。続いて、水酸化ナトリウム溶液(32%)でpHを5.0に調節し、さらに15分間この混合物を撹拌する。
赤〜紫色を経て淡い銀色から金〜黄色までの色変化を有する銀色顔料

SiO2フレーク100g(粒径5〜50μm、平均厚さ450nm、厚さの標準偏差:5%)を脱イオン水2Lに懸濁し、激しく撹拌しながら80℃まで加熱する。SnCl412g×5H2Oの溶液と脱イオン水360mlに溶解した塩酸(37%)40mlを4ml/分の速度でpH1.6にて前記混合物へ計量供給する。続いて、TiCl4溶液(1L中、TiCl4400g)340mlを2ml/分の速度でpH1.6にて計量供給する。SnCl4×5H2O溶液およびTiCl4溶液を添加する間、NaOH溶液(32%)を用いてpHを一定にする。続いて、水酸化ナトリウム溶液(32%)を用いて、pHを5.0に調節し、さらに、15分間この混合物を撹拌する。
例A:輝きのあるファンデーション
A相
C相のすべての成分を、全部が溶けるまで約75℃にて溶解し撹拌する。最初に、水に溶解した冷却B相を加え、Turraxを用いてBlanose中に均質化し、次いでVeegum中に分散させ、再均質化する。75℃まで加温し、撹拌しながら他の成分をその中に溶解する。A相の成分中で撹拌する。撹拌しながら75℃にてC相を添加し、2分間均質化する。撹拌しながら40℃までこの混合物を冷却し、相Dを添加する。さらに撹拌しながら室温まで冷却し、pH6.0〜6.5に(例えば、クエン酸溶液を用いて)調整する。
A相
A相については、顔料を水中で撹拌する。撹拌しながらKeltrol T中でゆっくり分散させ、溶解するまで撹拌する。B相およびC相を連続的に添加し、すべてが均質に分配されるまでゆっくりと撹拌する。pHを6.0〜6.4に調節する。
A相
A相の水中にエフェクト顔料とRonasphere(登録商標)を分散させる。粘度を下げるために数滴のクエン酸を用いて酸性化し、撹拌しながらCarbopol中に分散させる。完全に溶解させた後、あらかじめ溶解させておいたB相中で撹拌し、pH値を7.0〜7.5に調節する。
A相
A相の成分を組み合わせ、予備混合する。続いて、撹拌しながら、その粉末混合物に溶解したB相を滴下して添加する。その粉末を40〜50バールで加圧する。
A相
A相の水中にエフェクト顔料とRonasphere(登録商標)を分散させる。粘度を下げるために数滴のクエン酸を用いて酸性化し、撹拌しながらCarbopol中に分散させる。完全に溶解させた後、予め溶解しておいたB相中でゆっくりと撹拌する。
A相
A相の成分を組み合わせ、予備混合する。続いて、撹拌しながら、その粉末混合物に溶解したB相を滴下して添加する。その粉末を40〜50バールで加圧する。
ニスベースと一緒に顔料を秤量し、へらを用いて手で十分に混合し、続いて、10分間、1000rpmで撹拌する。
A相
80℃までB相のすべての成分(Foral 85−Eを除く)を加温し、撹拌をしながらForal 85−Eをゆっくりと添加する。溶融したB相にA相およびC相を添加する。均質化した溶融物を50℃にてモールドに注ぐ。
Claims (9)
- 層の厚さが5〜300nmであるTiO2からなる高屈折率の被覆を有し、場合によっては外部保護層を有することを特徴とする、低屈折率で透明性のあるフレーク状基材をベースとした銀色顔料。
- 透明性のあるフレークが、SiO2フレーク、Al2O3フレーク、ポリマーフレーク、単結晶またはガラスフレークであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の銀色顔料。
- 透明性のあるフレークがSiO2フレークであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の銀色顔料。
- 個々のフレークの平均厚さが≦20%の標準偏差内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の銀色顔料。
- TiO2がルチル態であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の銀色顔料。
- 基材の被覆を、水性媒体中の金属塩の加水分解による湿式化学法によって、またはCVD法もしくはPVD法による熱分解によって実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の銀色顔料を製造する方法。
- 塗料、被覆剤、印刷インキ、セキュリティ用印刷インキ、プラスチック、ボタンペースト、セラミック材料、ガラスにおける、種子用被覆剤のための、プラスチックおよび紙のレーザーマーキング用ドーパントとしての、また、食品および医薬品分野の着色用添加剤としての、また、化粧品における、ならびに顔料組成物および乾燥製剤の製造における、請求項1に記載の銀色顔料の使用。
- 1種または複数の結合剤、場合によっては1種または複数の添加剤、および請求項1に記載の1種または複数の銀色顔料を含む、顔料組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の銀色顔料を含む、ペレット、粒剤、チップおよびブリケットなどの乾燥製剤。
