【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、大当たりカウンタの値の個数に対する大当たり値の個数の割合が高く設定された確変状態に移行することができるパチンコ機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、第1種のパチンコ機では、所定範囲を周期的にカウントアップしていく大当たりカウンタの値を、パチンコ球が始動口に入賞したタイミングで取得値として確保し、当該取得値と予め定められた大当たり値と一致すると判定された場合に、遊技者に有利な大当たり遊技状態となる。この点、予め定められた大当たり値が多い場合を確変状態とし、予め定められた大当たり値が少ない場合を通常状態とすると、パチンコ機の電源投入時は、通常状態にあり、図柄表示装置の表示器に所定の大当たり図柄が表示されて、大当たり遊技状態となると、確変状態となる。また、大当たり遊技状態になっても、図柄表示装置の表示器に所定の大当たり図柄以外のものが表示されると、通常状態を維持又は、当該通常状態に確変状態から移行する。そして、大当たり遊技状態になった際に、図柄表示装置の表示器に所定の大当たり図柄が表示される割合と、図柄表示装置の表示器に所定の大当たり図柄以外のものが表示される割合とは、等しく設定されてきた(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従って、大当たり遊技状態になった際に、図柄表示装置の表示器に所定の大当たり図柄が表示される割合と、図柄表示装置の表示器に所定の大当たり図柄以外のものが表示される割合とが、等しく設定されていることから、確変状態又は通常状態になるかの遊技内容が常に同じとなって単調となっていた。

そこで、本発明は、上述した点を鑑みてなされたものであり、確変状態又は通常状態になるかの遊技内容に変化をもたせたパチンコ機を提供することを課題とする。

この課題を解決するために成された請求項1に係る発明は、所定範囲を周期的にカウントアップしていく大当たりカウンタの値を、パチンコ球が始動口に入賞したタイミングで取得値として確保し、前記取得値が予め定められた大当たり値と一致すると判定した場合に、図柄表示装置の表示器に大当たり図柄のうちいずれか一つを表示して遊技者に有利な大当たり遊技状態とするとともに、前記大当たり遊技状態後は、前記大当たり図柄の種類に関する確変条件によって、前記取得値になり得る前記大当たりカウンタの値の個数に対する前記大当たり値の個数の割合が低く設定される通常状態又は、前記取得値になり得る前記大当たりカウンタの値の個数に対する前記大当たり値の個数の割合が高く設定される確変状態に移行するパチンコ機において、前記大当たり遊技状態が発生したことを契機として、前記確変条件を変更させること、を特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照にして説明する。図12は、本実施の形態のパチンコ機1の正面図である。本実施の形態のパチンコ機1は、第1種のパチンコ機であって、図12に示すように、遊技盤2の上に、表示器4を備えた図柄表示装置3や、始動口5、大入賞口6などが設けられたものである。すなわち、本実施の形態のパチンコ機1では、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞すると、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される3つの図柄が変動し、その後、変動中の3つの図柄が所定の組合せで停止した場合には、所定の開放パターンで大入賞口6が作動する、「大当たり遊技状態」になるものである。

以下、左図柄表示領域7、中図柄表示領域8、右図柄表示領域9に停止して表示された図柄の組合せを「最終停止図柄」という。

従って、図16に示すように、左図柄表示領域7及び中図柄表示領域8が同じ図柄で停止・表示され、且つ、右図柄表示領域9に表示されている図柄が変動中は、図15に示す所定の組合せのいずれか一つで停止して「大当たり遊技状態」に移行する可能性があり、このとき、遊技者は期待感を有することになる。そこで、遊技者が期待感を有するような状態、すなわち、図16に示すように、左図柄表示領域7及び中図柄表示領域8が同じ図柄で停止・表示され、且つ、右図柄表示領域9に表示されている図柄が変動中の状態を、「リーチ状態」と呼んでいる。また、左図柄表示領域7及び中図柄表示領域8が同じ図柄で停止・表示され、且つ、右図柄表示領域9が違う図柄で停止・表示された状態の組合せの図柄を、「ハズレリーチ図柄」と呼んでいる。さらに、この「リーチ状態」では、遊技者の期待感を煽るために、図柄表示装置3の表示器4において、各種の「リーチ映像」が表示される。ここでは、「リーチ映像」は、リーチA、リーチB、及びリーチCの3種類が用意されており、それらのいずれかが表示される。

そして、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作は、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される2つのカウンタの値等に基づいて決定される。ここでは、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される3つの図柄を所定の組合せ(図15に示すもの)で停止させるか否か、すなわち、「大当たり遊技状態」にするか否かを、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される一方のカウンタの値に基づいて決定しており、さらに、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される3つの各図柄について、「1」,「2」,「3」,「4」,「5」,「6」,「7」,「8」,「9」,「10」,「11」,「12」の12種類のうち、どの数字の「大当たり図柄」にするかについては、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される他方のカウンタの値に基づいて決定している。

また、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作は、上述したように、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞したことをトリガとして開始されるものであるが、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄が変動中に、さらに、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞したときは、その入賞時に取得した2つのカウンタの値を記憶・保留しておき、当該変動中の図柄が停止した直後に、又は、当該変動中の図柄が所定の組合せ(図15に示すもの)で停止した場合には「大当たり遊技状態」が終了した直後に、記憶・保留していた2つのカウンタの値に基づいて、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作を開始する。尚、ここでは、記憶・保留される2つのカウンタの値は、4組まで保有することが可能である。

次に、本実施の形態のパチンコ機1において、メイン基板20で行われるプログラムについて説明する。メイン基板20で行われるプログラムには、電源投入直後に作動するメインプログラムと、一定時間毎(例えば、4msec毎)に作動する割込プログラムがある。

図1は、メイン基板20で行われるメインプログラムのフローチャート図である。図1のメインプログラムは、電源投入直後に作動するものであり、電源が投入されると、先ず、S11において、バックアップ復帰処理があるか否かを判断する。ここで、バックアップ復帰処理があると判断する場合には(S11:Yes)、S12に進んで、バックアップのデータを復帰させる処理を行った後、S13に進む。一方、バックアップ復帰処理がないと判断する場合には(S11:No)、何もすることなく、S13に進む。そして、S13では、図柄カウンタや、変動パターンカウンタ、リーチカウンタ、左図柄カウンタ、中図柄カウンタ、右図柄カウンタ、条件カウンタ又は確変カウンタなど、メイン基板20での判定で使用するカウンタのカウントアップを行う。さらに、S14において、初期値変更カウンタのカウンタアップを行った後、S13に戻り、上述したS13及びS14のカウントアップ処理を繰り返し行う。

この点、図柄カウンタや、変動パターンカウンタ、初期値変更カウンタ、リーチカウンタ、左図柄カウンタ、中図柄カウンタ、右図柄カウンタ、条件カウンタ又は確変カウンタなどは、図19のメイン制御用RAM23などに確保されるものである。そして、図柄カウンタは、図20に示すように、「1」〜「12」の範囲を「1」毎にカウントアップしていく円弧カウンタであり、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される「大当たり図柄」を意味するものである。また、左図柄カウンタと、中図柄カウンタ、右図柄カウンタは、図23に示すように、「1」〜「12」の範囲を「1」毎にカウントアップしていく円弧カウンタであり、それらの値の組合せは、図15に示す12組の組合せを除けば、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される「大当たり図柄」以外のものを意味するものである。また、変動パターンカウンタは、図25に示すように、「0」〜「9」の範囲を「1」毎にカウントアップしていく円弧カウンタである。また、条件カウンタは、図27に示すように、「0」〜「9」の範囲を「1」毎にカウントアップしていく円弧カウンタである。また、確変カウンタは、図37に示すように、「0」〜「9」の範囲を「1」毎にカウントアップしていく円弧カウンタである。また、初期値変更カウンタは、図26に示すように、「1」〜「299」の範囲を「1」毎にカウントアップしていく円弧カウンタである。
