本発明は、操作ボタンを備えるパチンコ機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、第1種のパチンコ機においては、始動口にパチンコ球が入賞すると、表示器に表示される特別図柄が変動を開始し、その後、変動中の特別図柄が大当たり図柄で停止すれば、大入賞口が所定の開放パターンで作動する大当たり遊技状態に移行する。従って、遊技者からすれば、表示器に表示される特別図柄が変動中は、大当たり遊技状態に移行するかもしれないという期待感から、特別図柄が停止するまで表示器の表示内容に関心を持つことになる。

その結果として、表示器の表示内容を見つめるという受け身状態となっており、遊技に参加しているという感じがないため、遊技が退屈なものになっている。このため、遊技者が遊技に参加しているという意識を持つような遊技機の1つとして、例えば、特開2002−336434号公報に開示されたものがある。この遊技機では、発射装置に、大当たり確率やラウンド回数、特別図柄の表示形態、あるいは図柄の背景などを変更または選択することができる操作手段を有することにより、遊技者が遊技に参加しているという意識を持つことができるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した特開2002−336434号公報に開示された遊技機では、発射装置に設けられた操作手段により、図柄を選択することができても、その選択した図柄が表示器に停止・表示された場合に、大当たり遊技状態になる確率が高いということを遊技者に知らせることはできないという問題があった。そして、遊技者の最大の関心事は、特別図柄が停止するまで表示器の表示内容、すなわち大当たり遊技状態になるか否かであるから、図柄を選択することができても、その選択した図柄が表示器に停止・表示された場合に、大当たり遊技状態になる確率が高いということを遊技者に知らせることができなければ、図柄を選択させる意味がなくなってしまう。

そこで、本発明は、上述した問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、遊技者に図柄を選択させることができるようにして、その選択された図柄でリーチ状態となった場合には、必ず大当たり遊技状態とすることができるパチンコ機を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記問題点を解決するためになされた本発明に係るパチンコ機は、所定範囲を周期的にカウントアップしていく大当たりカウンタの値を、パチンコ球が始動口に入賞したタイミングで取得値として確保することにより、前記取得値が予め定められた大当たり値と一致するか否かの判定を行い、前記取得値が前記大当たり値と一致するときは、遊技者に有利な大当たり遊技状態とするメイン制御手段と、前記メイン制御手段から前記判定時に送信される最終停止図柄に関する情報や変動パターンに関する情報に基づいて、図柄表示装置の表示器に種々の演出内容を伴って図柄を変動・表示させる図柄表示制御手段とを有するパチンコ機において、前記図柄を任意に選択するための操作手段を備え、前記操作手段は前記メイン制御手段に接続されており、前記操作手段による選択結果が前記メイン制御手段に送信される一方、前記メイン制御手段は、前記最終停止図柄がハズレリーチ図柄であって、かつ前記操作手段により選択された図柄によってリーチ状態となる場合には、前記最終停止図柄を再取得し、再取得された図柄が前記操作手段により選択された図柄以外でリーチ状態となったときに、前記再取得された図柄を前記最終停止図柄として確定し、その確定された最終停止図柄に関する情報を前記図柄表示制御手段に送信することを特徴とするものである。

このような構成を有することにより、遊技者が選択手段により選択した図柄で大当たり遊技状態にならない限りは、遊技者が選択手段により選択した図柄ではリーチ状態にならないようにすることができる。すなわち、遊技者には、自分が選択した図柄でリーチ状態になった場合には、必ず大当たり遊技状態になるように見せることができる。また、上記した制御はすべてメイン制御手段で行うため、図柄表示制御手段は、従来と同様の制御を行うことができる。したがって、図柄表示制御手段における制御内容は一切変更することなく、パチンコ機の付加価値を高めることができる。

本発明に係るパチンコ機においては、前記最終停止図柄が完全ハズレ図柄であって、第1停止図柄が前記操作手段により選択された図柄である場合に、前記最終停止図柄を再取得するか否かを決定する図柄再取得決定手段を有し、前記図柄再取得決定手段における再取得する確率K1と再取得しない確率K2とは、K1≧K2となる関係を満たし、前記メイン制御手段は、前記図柄再取得決定手段により再取得すると決定された場合には、前記最終停止図柄を再取得し、再取得された図柄を最終停止図柄として確定し、その確定された最終停止図柄に関する情報を前記図柄表示制御手段に送信する一方、前記図柄再取得決定手段により再取得しないと決定された場合には、前記最終停止図柄に関する情報をそのまま前記図柄表示制御手段に送信することとしてもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照にして説明する。図12は、本実施の形態のパチンコ機1の正面図である。本実施の形態のパチンコ機1は、第1種のパチンコ機であって、図12に示すように、遊技盤2の上に、表示器4を備えた図柄表示装置3や、始動口5、大入賞口6などが設けられ、上皿に操作ボタン66が設けられたものである。すなわち、本実施の形態のパチンコ機1では、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞すると、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される3つの図柄が変動し、その後、変動中の3つの図柄が所定の組合せで停止した場合には、所定の開放パターンで大入賞口6が作動する、「大当たり遊技状態」になるものである。そして、後述するように、操作ボタン66のボタンA,Bの操作により、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄を任意に選択することができるようになっている。

この点、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄について説明すると、当該図柄は、ここでは、図13に示すように、「1」,「2」,「3」,「4」,「5」,「6」,「7」,「8」,「9」,「10」,「11」,「12」の12種類が用意されている。そして、この12種類の図柄は、図14に示すように、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に設けられた左図柄表示領域7及び、中図柄表示領域8、右図柄表示領域9のそれぞれにおいて、原則、「1」→「2」→「3」→「4」→「5」→「6」→「7」→「8」→「9」→「10」→「11」→「12」→「1」→…の順番で変動した後、左図柄表示領域7、中図柄表示領域8、右図柄表示領域9の順番で停止する。したがって、左図柄表示領域7に停止・表示される図柄が特許請求の範囲に記載の「第1停止図柄」となる。
以下、左図柄表示領域7、中図柄表示領域8、右図柄表示領域9に停止して表示された図柄の組合せを「最終停止図柄」という。

従って、図16に示すように、左図柄表示領域7及び中図柄表示領域8が同じ図柄で停止・表示され、且つ、右図柄表示領域9に表示されている図柄が変動中は、図15に示す所定の組合せのいずれか一つで停止して「大当たり遊技状態」に移行する可能性があり、このとき、遊技者は期待感を有することになる。そこで、遊技者が期待感を有するような状態、すなわち、図16に示すように、左図柄表示領域7及び中図柄表示領域8が同じ図柄で停止・表示され、且つ、右図柄表示領域9に表示されている図柄が変動中の状態を、「リーチ状態」と呼んでいる。また、左図柄表示領域7及び中図柄表示領域8が同じ図柄で停止・表示され、且つ、右図柄表示領域9が違う図柄で停止・表示された状態の組合せの図柄を、「ハズレリーチ図柄」と呼んでいる。さらに、この「リーチ状態」では、遊技者の期待感を煽るために、図柄表示装置3の表示器4において、各種の「リーチ映像」が表示される。ここでは、「リーチ映像」は、リーチA、リーチB、及びリーチCの3種類が用意されており、それらのいずれかが表示される。

そして、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作は、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される2つのカウンタの値等に基づいて決定される。ここでは、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される3つの図柄を所定の組合せ(図15に示すもの)で停止させるか否か、すなわち、「大当たり遊技状態」にするか否かを、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される一方のカウンタの値に基づいて決定しており、さらに、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される3つの各図柄について、「1」,「2」,「3」,「4」,「5」,「6」,「7」,「8」,「9」,「10」,「11」,「12」の12種類のうち、どの数字を「大当たり図柄」にするかについては、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される他方のカウンタの値に基づいて決定している。

また、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作は、上述したように、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞したことをトリガとして開始されるものであるが、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄が変動中に、さらに、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞したときは、その入賞時に取得した2つのカウンタの値を記憶・保留しておき、当該変動中の図柄が停止した直後に、又は、当該変動中の図柄が所定の組合せ(図15に示すもの)で停止した場合には「大当たり遊技状態」が終了した直後に、記憶・保留していた2つのカウンタの値に基づいて、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作を開始する。尚、ここでは、記憶・保留される2つのカウンタの値は、4組まで保有することが可能である。

この点を詳しく説明すると、本実施の形態のパチンコ機1では、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される2つのカウンタの値に対し、図17の(a)に示すように、5組まで記憶・保留できる5つの記憶領域E0,E1,E2,E3,E4が確保され、それらのうち、4つの記憶領域E1,E2,E3,E4については、それぞれに対応する4個の保留ランプ61が図柄表示装置3の上部に設けられている(図14参照)。そして、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞すると、図17の(b)に示すように、その入賞時に取得した1組のカウンタの値D0を記憶領域E0に記憶するとともに、記憶領域E0に記憶された1組のカウンタの値D0に基づいて、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作を開始する。
