Abstract
【解決手段】制御弁(1)が、該制御弁(1)の機能障害時に圧力導管(13)を当該制御弁(1)の位置とは無関係にタンクに対して放圧することのできる安全機能を有しているようにした。

Description
制御弁1によって保護される駆動システムの通常運転では、作動装置17が作動制御されて、制御スライダ3が作動部材18により図面で見て左側の第1の位置へ負荷され、この第1の位置では、通路6の、制御切欠き16を介した制御圧力室10との接続は遮断されており且つ圧力導管13の区分4から区分5への接続部は制御切欠き15を介して開放されている。作動部材18は制御開口28を閉鎖しており、これにより、弁機能部20は遮断されている。従って、圧力導管13の区分5において、例えば駆動システムの切換弁の予備制御弁等の消費装置を作動させるための圧力が形成され得る。
Claims (15)
- 液圧式の制御弁であって、該制御弁が、圧力媒体源から少なくとも1つの消費装置に通じる圧力導管に対応配置されており且つ圧力媒体源により圧力導管が圧力下に置かれる第1の位置と、圧力導管に接続された消費装置が放圧可能な第2の位置とを有しており、更に、制御弁が、作動装置により第1の位置に向かって負荷可能であり且つ戻し装置により第2の位置に向かって負荷可能である形式のものにおいて、
制御弁(1)が、該制御弁(1)の機能障害時に圧力導管(13)を当該制御弁(1)の位置とは無関係にタンクに対して放圧することのできる安全機能を有していることを特徴とする、液圧式の制御弁。 - 制御弁(1)が、圧力媒体源から消費装置に通じる圧力導管(13)内に配置されており、該圧力導管(13)が第1の位置では開放されており、第2の位置では圧力媒体源と接続状態にある圧力導管(13)の区分(4)が遮断されると共に、消費装置と接続状態にある圧力導管(13)の区分(5)がタンクに対して放圧可能である、請求項1記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 安全機能により、消費装置と接続状態にある圧力導管(13)の区分(5)がタンクに対して放圧可能である、請求項2記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 制御弁(1)がケーシング孔(2)内に配置された制御スライダ(3)を有しており、安全機能が、制御弁(1)の制御スライダ(3)に組み込まれた弁機能部(20)によって形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 制御スライダ(3)に、消費装置に通じる圧力導管(13)の区分(5)及びタンクに接続された放圧通路(25)が設けられており、該放圧通路(25)のタンクとの接続が作動装置(17)によって制御可能である、請求項4記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 放圧通路(25)が、第1の位置及び第2の位置において消費装置に通じる圧力導管(13)の区分(5)に接続されている、請求項5記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 放圧通路(25)が、制御スライダ(3)の一方の端面に通じており且つ制御スライダ(3)を作動させる作動装置(17)の作動部材(18)、殊に作動プランジャによって制御可能な制御開口(28)を形成しており、制御スライダ(3)の端面域が、タンクと接続状態にある制御圧力室(10)内に配置されている、請求項5又は6記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 作動部材(18)が、作動装置(17)の作動制御時に、制御開口(28)を遮断する遮断位置に向かって負荷可能である、請求項7記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 作動装置(17)の作動部材(18)が、制御開口(28)を遮断する遮断位置に向かってばね(29)により負荷可能である、請求項7又は8記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 放圧通路(25)が、端面に向かって開いた長手方向孔(27)と、該長手方向孔(27)から分岐する横方向孔(26)として形成されており、該横方向孔が、消費装置に通じる圧力導管(13)の区分(5)と接続状態にある、請求項5から9までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 制御スライダ(3)に制御切欠き(15)、殊に環状溝が設けられており、該環状溝が、第2の位置において制御圧力源と接続された圧力導管(13)の区分(4)の、消費装置と接続された圧力導管(13)の区分(5)との接続を遮断し且つ第1の位置において制御圧力源と接続された圧力導管(13)の区分(4)を、消費装置に通じる圧力導管(13)の区分(5)と接続するようになっている、請求項2から10までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 制御圧力源に接続された圧力導管(13)の区分(4)に、圧力媒体量制限装置(30)、殊に絞り装置が配置されている、請求項2から11までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 作動装置(17)が電磁石、殊に切換磁石として形成されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 戻し装置(11)がばねとして形成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式の制御弁。
- 制御弁(1)が、液圧式の作動装置によって制御可能な少なくとも1つの制御弁装置を備えた流体静力学的な駆動システムの安全弁として形成されており、当該制御弁(1)を以て、制御圧力供給源により形成された圧力による作動装置の負荷が制御可能である、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式の制御弁。
