Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 アクチユエータポートの圧力がスプールに形成
された受圧面に作用することにより生じるスプー
ルを軸方向一方側へ押す力と、電磁アクチユエー
タ機構に通電することにより生じるスプールを軸
方向他方側へ押す力とのバランスにより、ポンプ
ポートとアクチユエータポートの連通開度を調節
して、アクチユエータポートの圧力を制御する電
磁比例圧力制御弁と、 この電磁比例圧力制御弁のアクチユエータポー
トに接続された作動アクチユエータと、 同電磁比例圧力制御弁のポンプポートに接続さ
れたポンプと、 を備えたアクチユエータ作動回路において、 上記電磁比例圧力制御弁のスプールに形成され
た受圧面から上記作動アクチユエータに至る作動
流体通路中に、絞りを設けたことを特徴とする電
磁比例圧力制御弁を備えたアクチユエータ作動回
路。
