Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 弁本体３に設けた比例ソレノイド２８、弁本
    体３に嵌挿され一端に突設したポペツト部２９を
    比例ソレノイド２８側へ押圧するばね３１で弁座
    ３０に当接し（比例ソレノイドの入力電流値零時
    ）他端が比例ソレノイド２８の押付軸３２と対向
    して出口側流路５６に通じるパイロツトスプール
    ２７、このパイロツトスプールの前後を連通する
    絞り通路３５及びパイロツトスプールの中間にあ
    つて入口側流路５３に連通するパイロツトポート
    ３７とポペツト部２９との間において押付軸３２
    によるパイロツトスプール２７の移動で形成され
    る可変オリフイスからなるパイロツト操作部２と
    、弁本体３に嵌挿され一端が前記ばね３１がある
    室３３と連通し他端に突設したポペツト部８が出
    口側流路５６に通じるばね１０で弁座１１に当接
    すると入口側流路５３と出口側流路５６との連通
    を断つプランジヤ７及び入口側流路５３とポペツ
    ト部８との間においてプランジヤ７の弁開で形成
    される可変オリフイスからなる主流量制御部１を
    備えたことを特徴とする電磁流量制御弁。 ２ パイロツト操作部２ののパイロツトポート３
    ７を入口側流路５３との連通を断つてパイロツト
    圧源５４に接続した請求項１記載の電磁流量制御
    弁。 ３ パイロツト操作部２のパイロツトポート３７
    をパイロツト圧源５４と入口側流路５３に高圧選
    択弁５５を介して接続した請求項１記載の電磁流
    量制御弁。
