Claims (10)
- 排気ガス後処理システムを監視するための方法であって、
排気ガス後処理のために、排気ガスに還元剤を供給する形式の方法において、
供給される還元剤の量を変更し、排気ガス系統に配置されたセンサの信号が所期のように変化しない場合、欠陥が存在すると判定することを特徴とする方法。 - 排気ガスには、還元剤として尿素水溶液を供給する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 該センサは、排気ガス中の有害物質の含有量および/または還元剤の含有量および/または還元剤の分解生成物の含有量を表す信号を供給する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 供給される還元剤の量を、特定の作動状態において変更する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 供給される還元剤の量を、静的な作動状態および/またはアイドリング状態において変更する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 還元剤量を増加しても、還元剤の含有量および/または還元剤の分解生成物の含有量を示す信号が上昇しない場合、および/または排気ガス中の有害物質の含有量を示す信号が低下しない場合、欠陥を識別する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 還元剤量を減少しても、還元剤の含有量および/または還元剤の分解生成物の含有量を示す信号が低下しない場合、および/または排気ガス中の有害物質の含有量を示す信号が上昇しない場合、欠陥を識別する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 還元剤量を増加しても、還元剤の含有量および/または還元剤の分解生成物の含有量を示す信号が所期の値だけ増加しない場合、および/または排気ガス中の有害物質の含有量を示す信号所期の値だけ低下しない場合、欠陥を識別する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 所定の値だけ還元剤量を減少しても、還元剤の含有量および/または還元剤の分解生成物の含有量を示す信号が所期の値だけ低下しない場合、および/または排気ガス中の有害物質の含有量を示す信号が所期の値だけ上昇しない場合、欠陥を識別する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 排気ガス後処理システムを監視するための装置であって、
排気ガス後処理のために、排気ガスに還元剤が供給される形式のものにおいて、
供給される還元剤の量を変更する手段が設けられており、
排気ガス系統に配置されたセンサの信号が相応に変化しない場合、欠陥が存在すると判定することを特徴とする装置。
