Abstract

Claims (10)
- 1つ又はそれ以上の同軸ケーブル(10)をプリント回路基板(40)に接続する方法であって、
前記1つ又はそれ以上の同軸ケーブル(10)を剥ぎ、
可撓性キャリヤ(20)を準備し、
前記1つ又はそれ以上の同軸ケーブル(10)の各々を、接着剤を使用して前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)に取り付け、
位置決めピン(33)を有する導電性ベースプレート(30)を準備し、
プリント回路基板(40)を準備し、
前記プリント回路基板(40)を前記ベースプレート(30)上に装着し、
前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)を前記プリント回路基板(40)に取り付ける、
各段階を含む方法。 - 前記同軸ケーブルを剥ぐ段階が、前記1つ又はそれ以上の同軸ケーブル(10)を剥ぐ段階と、前記ケーブル(10)のシールド(13)の一部と導体被覆(12)の一部と中心導体(11)とを露出する段階とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- レーキを使用して前記1つ又はそれ以上の同軸ケーブル(10)を編成する段階と、各同軸ケーブル(10)の前記中心導体(11)と前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)との間に非導電性接着材料(23)の帯板を使用して、前記1つ又はそれ以上の同軸ケーブル(10)を前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)に取り付ける段階とを含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記プリント回路基板を高精度で前記ベースプレート(30)上に載置することができるように、前記ベースプレート(30)上に位置決めピン(33)を設け、且つ前記プリント回路基板(40)内に孔(42)を設ける段階を更に含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又はそれ以上の同軸ケーブル(10)の中心導体(11)が前記プリント回路基板(40)の金属トレース(41)上に正確に載置されるように、前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)内に孔(24)を設けて該可撓性キャリヤ(20)を前記ベースプレート(30)上の前記プリント回路基板(40)の上に載置可能にする段階を更に含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 複数の同軸ケーブル(10)をプリント回路基板(40)に接続する方法であって、
前記複数の同軸ケーブル(10)を剥ぎ、
可撓性キャリヤ(20)を準備し、
前記複数の同軸ケーブル(10)を前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)に接着し、
プリント回路基板(40)を準備して前記同軸ケーブル(10)を該プリント回路基板(40)に取り付け、
前記プリント回路基板(40)に隣接して第1の剛性要素(30)を準備し、
前記プリント回路基板(40)に隣接し、前記第1の剛性要素(30)の反対側に第2の剛性要素(50)を準備し、
電気的接続が得られるように、前記第2の剛性要素(50)を前記複数の同軸ケーブル(10)上と、前記プリント回路基板(40)上と前記第1の剛性要素(30)上とを下方に押圧する、
各段階を含む方法。 - 各々が剥がされて中心導体(11)と中心導体被覆(12)と導電性シールド(13)と外側非道電性被覆(14)とが露出した複数の同軸ケーブル(10)をプリント回路基板(40)に接続する装置であって、
導電部分(21)と非導電部分(22)とを有する可撓性キャリヤ(20)と、
前記同軸ケーブル(10)の各々の中心導体(11)を前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)の非導電部分(22)に取り付け、且つ前記同軸ケーブル(10)の各々の前記導電性シールド(13)を前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)の導電部分(21)に取り付ける手段と、
導電性ベースプレート(30)と、
前記ベースプレート(30)上に装着されて該ベースプレートを部分的に覆う複数の導電性トレース(41)を有するプリント回路基板(40)と、
を備え、
前記同軸ケーブル(10)の中心導体(11)が、前記プリント回路基板(40)の金属トレース(41)の上に載置され、これにより電気的接触が得られ、
前記装置が更に、
前記同軸ケーブル(10)の中心導体(11)と前記プリント回路基板(40)との間の電気的接触が維持されるように前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)の上に装着される剛性ビーム(50)を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記同軸ケーブル(10)の中心導体(11)が、前記プリント回路基板(40)の金属トレース(41)の上に配置されるように、前記ベースプレート(30)上に位置決めピン(33)が設けられ、前記プリント回路基板(40)内に位置決め孔(42)が形成され、前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)内に位置決め孔(24)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記同軸ケーブルシールド(13)と、導電性材料(24)を用いる前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)と、前記ベースプレート(30)に接続される前記剛性ビーム(50)と、前記プリント回路基板(40)との間に電気的連続性が生成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)の絶縁層(22)を排除して、前記同軸ケーブル(10)の中心導体(11)を前記可撓性キャリヤ(20)に取り付ける非導電性接着剤(23)によって置き換えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
