Abstract

Claims (11)
- 電気的に直列接続された複数のインダクタと、
前記インダクタの少なくとも1つとアースとの間に接続された音響共振器を各脚が有する複数の脚と、
を備え、少なくとも1つの周波数帯域が、周波数応答においてノッチ状に減衰する、フィルタ。 - 前記1つの周波数が、前記音響共振器の共振周波数である、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 少なくとも2つの脚が、前記音響共振器とアースとの間に配置されたインダクタを有する、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記音響共振器の前記共振周波数が、前記フィルタの出力端子において50オームのインピーダンスを提供する、請求項3に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記音響共振器が、薄膜バルク弾性波共振器及び表面弾性波共振器を含むグループから選択される、請求項3に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記音響共振器が、薄膜バルク弾性波共振器及び表面弾性波共振器からなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 電気的に直列接続された第1の複数の音響共振器と、
前記音響共振器の少なくとも1つとアースとの間に各インダクタが接続された第1の複数のインダクタと、
を備え、少なくとも1つの周波数が、周波数応答においてノッチ状に減衰される、フィルタ。 - 前記1つの周波数が、前記音響共振器の共振周波数である、請求項7に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記音響共振器が、薄膜バルク弾性波共振器及び表面弾性波共振器を含むグループから選択される、請求項8に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記複数の音響共振器のうちの2つの間に各インダクタが接続された第2の複数のインダクタと、
前記第1の複数のインダクタのうちの1つに対して各共振器が並列に接続された第2の複数の共振器と、
をさらに備えている、請求項7に記載のフィルタ。 - 前記第1及び第2の複数の音響共振器のうちの1つが、薄膜バルク弾性波共振器及び表面弾性波共振器を含むグループから選択される、請求項10に記載のフィルタ。
