Claims (2)

  1. 人参(ginseng)をラクトバチルス カゼイ ハセガワ菌株(FERM BP−10123)により発酵して得られる発酵人参であって、当該発酵人参中にサポニン分解物、すなわち、20S−プロトパナキサジオール20−O−β−D−グルコピラノサイド並びに20S−プロトパナキサトリオールを含有することを特徴とする発酵人参の製造法。
  2. 人参を発酵させると同時にサポニンを分解する能力を有する微生物ラクトバチルス カゼイ ハセガワ菌株(FERM BP−10123)。
