Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ゼオライト結晶を無機酸化物マトリックス内に含んでいてNa2O含有 量が約0.75%未満でP2O5として表されるP含有量が0.1から10%の分 解用焼成触媒であって、上記分解用触媒をピリジンで処理してFTIRで分析し た時に約3687cm-1の所にピークが存在しそして3675cm-1の所のピー ク強度に対する3687cm-1の所のピーク強度の比率が約0.8以上であると 言ったスペクトルを示すことを更に特徴とする触媒。 2. 上記比率が最大で約10である請求の範囲第1項記載の触媒。 3. 混入金属に対して高い許容性を示すことを特徴とするFCC触媒を製造 する方法であって、 a) 無機酸化物マトリックスに入っているゼオライトYを含んでいてAl2O3 の分析値が20から60重量%でNa2Oの分析値が0.75重量%未満の流動 分解用触媒微細球を準備し、 b) 上記触媒に燐源を上記微細球を段階cの後に分析した時にP2O5量が0. 5から10重量%になるに充分な量で含浸させ、 c) 上記微細球の焼成を蒸気を存在させないで1300度F以上から1650 度F以下の温度で行い、そしてピリジンで処理してFTIRで分析した時に約3 687cm-1の所にピークが存在しそして3675cm-1の所のピーク強度に対 する3687cm-1の所のピーク強度の比率が約0.8以上であると言ったスペ クトルを示すことを特徴とする生成物を回収する、 ことを含む方法。 4. 上記燐源が燐酸モノアンモニウム、燐酸ジアンモニウム、燐酸 トリアンモニウム、亜燐酸モノアンモニウム、亜燐酸ジアンモニウム、亜燐酸ト リアンモニウムおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される請求の範囲第1 項記載の触媒。 5. ニッケルおよびバナジウムから成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の 金属が混入している油原料を触媒作用で分解させる方法であって、該触媒が請求 の範囲第1項記載の触媒である方法。 6. 低下したコークス産出量を与える流動接触分解用ゼオライト系触媒であ って、 (a) 水和カオリン粘土が約30から100重量部とカオリンに特徴的な発熱 を通る焼成を受けさせておいたカオリン粘土が約70から10重量部とシリカ結 合剤が入っている水スラリーを生じさせ、 (b) この水スラリーのスプレー乾燥を行うことで微細球を得、 (c) 段階(b)で得た微細球の焼成を該微細球内の該水和カオリン粘土が実 質的にメタカオリンに変化するには充分であるがメタカオリンが特徴的なカオリ ン発熱を経験するほどではない温度で上記変化が起こるに充分な時間行い、 (d) 段階(c)で得た微細球をケイ酸ナトリウムが入っている溶液と混合す ることでアルカリ性のスラリーを得、 (e) 上記焼成を受けた粘土の微細球が入っているスラリーの加熱を該微細球 に入っているナトリウム形態のY−ファウジャサイトが少なくとも約40重量% 結晶化するに充分な温度で上記結晶化が起こるに充分な時間行い、 (f) 段階(e)で得た微細球のイオン交換、焼成および再イオン交換を行う ことでNa2O含有量を0.75%未満の値にまで下げ、 (g) 燐酸もしくは亜燐酸モノ、ジもしくはトリアンモニウムが入っている溶 液を該微細球に添加し、そして (h) 段階(g)で得た微細球を乾燥させた後、それらの焼成を蒸気添加なし に1300度Fから1650度Fの範囲の温度で行う、 ことを含む段階で生じさせた触媒。 7. 該水和カオリンと該発熱を通した焼成を受けさせておいたカオリンの重 量比が約40:60から100:00の範囲である請求の範囲第6項記載の方法 。 8. ゼオライト含有量が高い流動接触分解用触媒を製造する方法であって、 (a) 水和カオリン粘土が約40から90重量部とギブサイトが約1から30 重量部とカオリンに特徴的な発熱を通る焼成を受けさせておいたカオリン粘土が 約1−30重量部と結合剤が入っていて7以下のpHを示す水スラリーを生じさ せ、 (b) この水スラリーのスプレー乾燥を行うことで微細球を得た後、該微細球 の洗浄をそれらが実質的にナトリウムを含まなくなるまで行い、 (c) 段階(b)で得た微細球の焼成を該微細球内の該水和カオリン粘土が実 質的にメタカオリンに変化するには充分であるがメタカオリンまたは水和カオリ ンが特徴的なカオリン発熱を経験するほどではない温度で上記変化が起こるに充 分な時間行い、 (d) 段階(c)で得た微細球をケイ酸ナトリウム、水酸化ナトリウムおよび 水と混合することでアルカリ性のスラリーを得、そして (e) 上記焼成を受けた粘土の微細球が入っているスラリーの加熱を該微細球 に入っているナトリウム形態のY−ファウジャサイトが少なく とも約40重量%結晶化するに充分な温度で上記結晶化が起こるに充分な時間行 い、 (f) 段階(e)で得た微細球のイオン交換、焼成および再イオン交換を行う ことでNa2O含有量を0.75%未満の値にまで下げ、 (g) 燐酸モノ、ジもしくはトリアンモニウムまたは亜燐酸アンモニウムが入 っている溶液を該微細球に添加し、そして (h) 段階(g)で得た微細球を乾燥させた後、それらの焼成を蒸気添加なし に1300度Fから1600度Fの範囲の温度で行う、 段階を含む方法。 9. ゼオライト含有量が高い流動接触分解用触媒を製造する方法であって、 (a) 水和カオリン粘土が約40から95重量部とギブサイトが約5から60 重量部と結合剤が入っていて7以下のpHを示す水スラリーを生じさせ、 (b) この水スラリーのスプレー乾燥を行うことで微細球を得た後、該微細球 の洗浄をそれらが実質的にナトリウムを含まなくなるまで行い、 (c) 段階(b)で得た微細球の焼成を該微細球内の該水和カオリン粘土が実 質的にメタカオリンに変化するには充分であるがメタカオリンまたは水和カオリ ンが特徴的なカオリン発熱を経験するほどではない温度で上記変化が起こるに充 分な時間行い、 (d) 段階(c)で得た微細球をケイ酸ナトリウム、水酸化ナトリウムおよび 水と混合することでアルカリ性のスラリーを得、そして (e) 上記焼成を受けた粘土の微細球が入っているスラリーの加熱を該微細球 に入っているナトリウム形態のY−ファウジャサイトが少なく とも約40重量%結晶化するに充分な温度で上記結晶化が起こるに充分な時間行 い、 (f) 段階(e)で得た微細球のイオン交換、焼成および再イオン交換を行う ことでNa2O含有量を0.75%未満の値にまで下げ、 (g) 燐酸モノ、ジもしくはトリアンモニウムまたは亜燐酸アンモニウムが入 っている溶液を該微細球に添加し、そして (h) 段階(g)で得た微細球を乾燥させた後、それらの焼成を蒸気添加なし に1300度Fから1650度Fの範囲の温度で行う、 段階を含む方法。 10. 請求の範囲第1項記載の分解用ゼオライト系触媒を製造する方法であ って、ショック脱水を受けさせたメタカオリン形態のカオリン、ショック脱水を 受けさせたスピネル形態のカオリン、ギブサイト、含水カオリン粘土およびシリ カゾル結合剤から成る群から選択される粘土材料とゼオライトYと水を混合し、 上記混合物のスプレー乾燥を行うことで微細球を生じさせ、上記微細球のイオン 交換を行うことでNa2O含有量を0.75重量%未満にまで下げ、上記微細球 に燐酸もしくは亜燐酸モノアンモニウム、ジアンモニウムおよびトリアンモニウ ムを該微細球が焼成形態で0.5%から10重量%含有するような量で含浸させ 、そしてこの燐で処理した微細球の焼成を蒸気添加なしに約1150度Fから1 650度Fの範囲の温度で行うことを含む方法。 11. 上記ゼオライトYと水と粘土材料の混合物にまた燐酸マグネシウムも 含有させる請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。
