Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.閉鎖された車両用前部ランプ内の凝縮物を低減するた めの通気装置であって、 通気開口面積の合計が少なくとも132mm2である少なくとも一つの通気開 口を備えた閉鎖された車両用前部ランプハウジングと、 前記少なくとも一つの通気開口を覆う少なくとも一つの水蒸気透過性材料を備 えた凝縮低減用通気手段とを具備し、前記凝縮低減用通気手段により、前記ラン プハウジングの内側と外側との間で水蒸気が拡散可能とされると共に、液水及び 汚染物質が前記ランプハウジング内に侵入するのが阻止される、通気装置。 2.前記少なくとも一つの水蒸気透過性材料が、接着結合、機械的な結合、音 波溶接、インサート成形、及び熱結合からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つ の手段により前記ハウジングに取付けられ、前記通気開口が覆われる請求項1に 記載の通気装置。 3.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が前記ハウジングに取付けられるサブハウジング を有する請求項1に記載の通気装置。 4.前記少なくとも一つの水蒸気透過性材料が微多孔質材料を含む請求項1に 記載の通気装置。 5.少なくとも一つの圧力調節通気手段を更に具備する請求項1に記載の通気 装置。 6.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が、前記水蒸気透過性材料を横断するエアフロー を強めるための少なくとも一つの装置を更に有する請求項1に記載の通気装置。 7.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が疎油性材料を更に有する請求項1に記載の通気 装置。 8.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が疎水性材料を更に有する請求項1に記載の通気 装置。 9.前記凝縮低減用通気手段は、液水及び汚染物質が前記水蒸気透過性材料を 通って前記ハウジング内に侵入するのを阻止する邪魔板、管、及びカバーからな る群から選択された少なくとも一つの耐水性装置を更に有する請求項1に記載の 通気装置。 10.前記水蒸気透過性材料が耐水性である請求項1に記載の通気装置。 11.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が前記水蒸気透過性材料を支持するための支持 材料を更に有する請求項1に記載の通気装置。 12.閉鎖された車両用後部ランプ内の凝縮物を低減するための通気装置であ って、 通気開口面積の合計が少なくとも235mm2である少なくとも一つの通気開 口を備えた車両用後部ランプハウジングと、 前記少なくとも一つの通気開口を覆う少なくとも一つの水蒸気透過性材料を備 えた凝縮低減用通気手段とを具備し、前記凝縮低減用通気手段により、前記ラン プハウジングの内側と外側との間で水蒸気が拡散可能とされると共に、液水及び 汚染物質が前記ハウジング内に侵入するのが阻止される、通気装置。 13.耐水性である前記少なくとも一つの水蒸気透過性材料が、接着結合、機 械的な結合、音波溶接、インサート成形、及び熱結合からなる群から選択された 少なくとも一つの手段により前記ハウジングに取付けられる請求項12に記載の 通気装置。 14.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が前記ハウジングに取付けられるサブハウジン グを有する請求項12に記載の通気装置。 15.前記少なくとも一つの水蒸気透過性材料が微多孔質材料を含む請求項1 2に記載の通気装置。 16.少なくとも一つの圧力調節通気手段を更に具備する請求項12に記載の 通気装置。 17.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が、前記水蒸気透過性材料を横断するエアフロ ーを強めるための少なくとも一つの装置を更に有する請求項12に記載の通気装 置。 18.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が疎油性材料を更に有する請求項12に記載の 通気装置。 19.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が疎水性材料を更に有する請求項12に記載の 通気装置。 20.前記凝縮低減用通気手段は、液水及び汚染物質が前記水蒸気透過性材料 を通って前記ハウジング内に侵入するのを阻止する邪魔板、管、及びカバーから なる群から選択された少なくとも一つの耐水性装置を更に有する請求項12に記 載の通気装置。 21.前記水蒸気透過性材料が耐水性である請求項12に記載の通気装置。 22.前記凝縮低減用通気手段が前記水蒸気透過性材料を支持するための支持 材料を更に有する請求項12に記載の通気装置。 23.閉鎖された車両用ヘッドランプ内の凝縮物を低減するための通気装置で あって、 通気開口面積の合計が少なくとも132mm2である少なくとも一つの通気開 口を備えた閉鎖された車両用ヘッドランプハウジングと、 前記少なくとも一つの通気開口を覆う少なくとも一つの微多孔質でかつ水蒸気 透過性であって耐水性である材料を備えた凝縮低減用通気手段とを具備し、前記 凝縮低減用通気手段により、前記ヘッドランプハウジングの内側と外側との間で 水が拡散可能とされると共に、液水及び汚染物質が前記ヘッドランプハウジング 内に侵入する のが阻止される、通気装置。 24.前記少なくとも一つの微多孔質でかつ水蒸気透過性であって耐水性であ る材料は、ウレタンコーティングが施された延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレ ン膜を有する請求項23に記載の通気装置。 25.圧力調節通気手段を更に具備する請求項24に記載の通気装置。
