Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 回転機械用のロータシャフトであり、前記ロータシャフトが、前記機械 中にはめ合わされた後はオイル潤滑された滑動接触ベアリング中に保持されるベ アリング部分を有するロータシャフトにおいて、前記ロータシャフトは少なくと も1つのベアリング部分の領域に外側ケーシングを備えており、該外側ケーシン グは前記ロータシャフトの外側表面と外側ケーシングの内側に位置している前記 シャフトのその部分との間で熱絶縁層を形成し、前記外側ケーシングは、前記外 側ケーシングの内側に位置している前記シャフト部分上に配置されそれと構造的 単位を形成する別体の単一円筒形スリーブからなり、前記スリーブは、前記ロー タシャフトの前記外側表面を前記ベアリング部分の領域で形成する円筒形外側表 面を有することを特徴とするロータシャフト。 2. 前記スリーブが、端の領域においてより軸方向中心領域においての方が 内径が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータシャフト。 3. 前記スリーブの前記軸方向中心領域における前記スリ ーブの内側の前記シャフトが、前記スリーブの前記端の領域においてより小さい 直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータシャフト。 4. 前記スリーブが前記端の領域において前記ロータシャフト上に焼ばめさ れることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のロータシャフト。 5. 前記スリーブの一方の端での焼ばめ接続部が他方の端における焼ばめ接 続部よりきついことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のロータシャフト。 6. 前記スリーブが前記ロータシャフトと同じ材料から作られていることを 特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のロータシャフト。 7. 前記スリーブが絶縁材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 のロータシャフト。 8. 前記スリーブが温度が上昇しても膨張しない材料から作られることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載のロータシャフト。 9. 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のロータシャフトを備えた回転機 械。
