Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2,4,6−非置換ベンゼン環含有化合物をヨウ素ハライドのヨウ素化剤を用い て水性反応媒体中でpH4未満でヨウ素化し、そして三ヨウ素化反応生成物を沈殿 させることを含む2,4,6−三ヨウ素化ベンゼン環含有化合物の製造方法であって 、この三ヨウ素化反応生成物の沈殿を70〜95℃の範囲内の温度で、水性塩基を反 応媒体に添加し、それによりこの反応媒体のpHを5より大きくし;この反応媒 体を撹拌しながら還元剤をこの反応媒質に添加し;この三ヨウ素化反応生成物の 種晶をこの反応媒体に添加し;この反応媒体を35℃未満の温度に10〜30時間にわ たってその間に沈殿が起きる1.5〜5℃/時間の冷却速度で冷却し;この反応媒 体を濾過して沈殿した三ヨウ素化反応生成物を集め;そして沈殿した該三ヨウ素 化反応生成物を、沈殿した三ヨウ素化反応生成物の重量に対して70〜200重量% の水で洗浄し、それにより0.1重量%未満、好ましくは0.05重量%未満の塩含量 を有する生成物を得ることを特徴とする上記の製造方法。 2.2,4,6−非置換化合物が5−アミノ−ベンズアミドである、請求項1に記載 の方法。 3.5−アミノ−ベンズアミドが5−アミノ−N,N'−ビスアルキル−イソフタル アミドである、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.5−アミノ−ベンズアミドが5−アミノ−N,N'−ビス(2,3−ジヒドロキシ プロピル)−イソフタルアミドである、請求項3に記載の方法。 5.ヨウ素ハライドが塩化ヨウ素である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 6.0.05%w/w未満、特に0.005〜0.04%w/w、更に特に0.01〜0.03%w/wのア ルカリ金属ハライド塩含量を有する、5−アミノ−2,4,6−ト リヨード−ベンズアミド、特に5−アミノ−2,4,6−トリヨード−N−アルキル −イソフタルアミド、更に特に5−アミノ−2,4,6−トリヨード−N,N'−ビス(2 ,3−ジヒドロキシプロピル)イソフタルアミド。
