【請求項1】 核酸の検出方法であって、
一方が、該核酸の一方の鎖の結合配列(A)に結合することができ、かつもう一方が、Aの3’方向に位置し、Aと重複しない配列Cと本質的に相補的である結合配列C’に結合することができる、2つのプライマーの助けにより該核酸の一部の多数の増幅物を作製する工程、
配列Aと配列Cとの間に位置する配列Bまたはその相補体に結合することができる結合配列Dを有するプローブと増幅物を接触させる工程、
増幅物とプローブのハイブリッドの形成を検出する工程、
を含み、
結合配列Aと結合配列Cとの間に位置する配列が、プローブの結合配列Dおよびそれに結合する増幅物の配列から形成される配列領域Eに属さないヌクレオチドを含まないものであり、該増幅物が全長100ヌクレオチドを超えないものである、核酸の検出方法。
【請求項2】 プローブの結合配列Dがプライマーの1つの又は両方の結合配列と重複するものである請求項1記載の方法。_
【請求項3】 プライマーの少なくとも1つが固定可能に標識されるものであり、かつプローブが検出可能に標識されるものである、請求項1または2記載の方法。
【請求項4】 プライマーの少なくとも1つが検出可能に標識されるものであり、かつプローブが固定可能に標識されるかまたは固定化されるものである、請求項1〜いずれかに記載の方法。_
【請求項5】 増幅物が物理的方法および/または分光学的方法により検出される、請求項1〜いずれかに記載の方法。_
【請求項6】 増幅物が質量分析法により検出される、請求項1〜いずれかに記載の方法。
【請求項7】 核酸の特異的検出方法であって、
少なくとも2つのプライマーの助けにより該核酸の一部の多数の増幅物を作製する工程、
増幅物に結合することができるプローブと増幅物を接触させる工程、ならびに
増幅物とプローブとのハイブリッドの形成を検出する工程、
を含み、プライマーの少なくとも1つが検出対象の生物が属する生物の群に特異的でないものであり、増幅物の全長が100塩基対を超えないものであり、該プライマーによりカバーされない増幅物の領域および該プローブの領域が0〜3ヌクレオチド長である、核酸の特異的検出方法。_
