- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 約100℃超で沸騰する成分を有する炭化水素供給材料を蒸気 分解された生成物に転化するための、統合した方法であって、 a) 前記炭化水素供給材料を、水素源と少なくとも二つの水素化処 理触媒の存在下、高温且つ約400psig〜約1,250psigの範囲内の 圧力にて、水素化処理ゾーンを通過させ、当該供給材料に含まれている有機硫黄 及び/又は窒素化合物の実質的に完全な分解を行う、 b) 前記水素化処理ゾーンからの生成物を、当該生成物が、約70 0℃超の温度で蒸気と接触させられる蒸気分解ゾーンを通過させる、及び c) それから、水素及びC1−C4炭化水素類、蒸気分解されたナフ サ、蒸気分解されたガス・オイル及び蒸気分解されたタール(ここにおいて、生 成された蒸気分解されたタールの量は、水素化処理に供されていない原料炭化水 素供給材料を基準にして少なくとも約15%低減されている)を回収する、 ことを含む方法。 2. 前記炭化水素供給材料が、約150℃〜約650℃の範囲内で 沸騰する成分を有する、請求項1の方法。 3. 工程a)において、炭化水素供給材料の硫黄量が、約100p pm未満まで低減され、且つ、炭化水素供給材料の窒素量が、約15ppm未満 まで低減される、請求項1の方法。 4. 工程a)において、炭化水素供給材料の硫黄量が、約50pp m未満まで低減され、且つ、炭化水素供給材料の窒素量が、約5ppm未満まで 低減される、請求項3の方法。 5. 工程a)において、炭化水素供給材料の硫黄量が、約25pp m未満まで低減され、且つ、炭化水素供給材料の窒素量が、約3ppm未満まで 低減される、請求項4の方法。 6. 工程a)における前記水素化処理ゾーンが、非晶質担体に担持 されたVIB族金属、酸化物、硫化物、VIII族金属、酸化物、硫化物及びそ れらの混合物からなる群から選択される成分を含む第一の水素化処理触媒と、 タングステン、モリブデン及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるVIB 族成分、ニッケル、コバルト及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるVI II族成分、及び非晶質シリカ−アルミナ及び約6オングストローム超の細孔直 径を有するモレキュラー・シーブからなる群から選択される担体であって、アル ミナ、シリカ、シリカ−アルミナ及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される 無機酸化物バインダーと混合されているものを含む第二の水素化処理触媒とを含 有する、請求項1の方法。 7. 前記第一の水素化処理触媒及び前記第二の水素化処理触媒が、 積層床配置で前記水素化処理ゾーン中に配置されている、請求項6の方法。 8. 工程a)における前記水素化処理ゾーンが、約200℃〜約5 50℃の範囲内の温度及び約400psig〜約1,000psigの範囲内の 圧力で操作される、請求項1の方法。 9. 工程a)における前記水素化処理ゾーンが、約200℃〜約5 50℃の範囲内の温度及び約400psig〜約750psigの範囲内の圧力 で操作される、請求項1の方法。 10. 工程b)における前記蒸気分解ゾーンが、約700℃超の温度 及び約0psig〜約75psigの範囲内の螺旋状パイプ配管(コイル)出口 圧力で操作される、請求項1の方法。 11. 工程b)における前記蒸気分解ゾーンが、約700℃〜約92 5℃の範囲内の温度及び約0psig〜約50psigの範囲内の螺旋状パイプ 配管(コイル)出口圧力で操作される、請求項1の方法。 12. 水素化処理に供されていない炭化水素供給材料を基準にして、 H2とC1−C4炭化水素類の留分中のエチレン及びプロピレン及びブタジエンの 収量が、それぞれ少なくとも約5%高められ、且つ、蒸気分解ナフサ留分中のイ ソプレン、シス−ぺンタジエン、トランス−ペンタジエン、シクロペンタジエン 及びベンゼンの収量が、それぞれ少なくとも約10%高められる、請求項1の方 法。 13. 約100℃超で沸騰する成分を有する炭化水素供給材料を蒸気 分解された生成物に転化するための、統合した方法であって、 a) 前記炭化水素供給材料を、水素源と第一の水素化処理触媒の存 在下、高温且つ約400psig〜約1,250psigの範囲内の圧力におい て、第一の水素化処理ゾーンを通過させ、当該供給材料に含まれている有機硫黄 及び/又は窒素化合物の量を低減させる、 b) 前記第一の水素化処理ゾーンからの生成物を、第二の水素化処 理ゾーン(ここにおいて、前記生成物は、約400psig〜約1,250ps igの範囲内の圧力且つ約200℃〜約550℃の範囲内の温度において、水素 源及び、酸性担体に担持されている、VIB族金属、酸化物、硫化物、VIII 族金属、酸化物、硫化物及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される一以上の 水素化成分を含む第二の水素化処理触媒と、接触させられる)を通過させ、第一 の水素化処理ゾーンからの生成物に含まれていた有機硫黄及び/又は窒素化合物 の実質的に完全な分解を行う、 c) 前記第二の水素化処理ゾーンからの生成物を、蒸気分解ゾーン (ここにおいて、当該生成物は、約700℃超の温度で蒸気と接触させられる) を通過させる、及び e) それから、水素及びC1−C4炭化水素類、蒸気分解されたナフ サ、蒸気分解されたガス・オイル及び蒸気分解されたタール(ここにおいて、生 成された蒸気分解されたタールの量は、水素化処理に供されていない原料炭化水 素供給材料を基準にして少なくとも約15%低減されている)を回収する、 ことを含む方法。 14. 前記炭化水素供給材料が、約150℃〜約650℃の範囲内で 沸騰する成分を有する、請求項13の方法。 15. 工程a)における前記第一の水素化処理触媒が、非晶質担体に 担持された、VIB族金属、酸化物、硫化物、VIII族金属、酸化物、硫化物 及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される成分を含む、請求項13の方法。 16. 工程a)において、炭化水素供給材料の硫黄量が、約500p pm未満まで低減され、且つ、炭化水素供給材料の窒素量が、約50ppm未満 まで低減される、請求項13の方法。 17. 工程a)において、炭化水素供給材料の硫黄量が、約200 ppm未満まで低減され、且つ、炭化水素供給材料の窒素量が、約25ppm未 満まで低減される、請求項16の方法。 18. 工程a)における前記第一の水素化処理ゾーンが、約200℃ 〜約550℃の範囲内の温度及び約400psig〜約1,000psigの範 囲内の圧力で操作される、請求項13の方法。 19. 工程b)における前記第二の水素化処理触媒が、タングステン 、モリブデン及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるVIB族成分、ニッ ケル、コバルト及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるVIII族成分、 及び約6オングストローム超の細孔直径を有するモレキュラー・シーブから選択 される担体であって、アルミナ、シリカ、シリカ−アルミナ及びそれらの混合物 からなる群から選択される無機酸化物バインダーと混合されているものを含む、 請求項13の方法。 20. VIII族成分がニッケルであり、VIB族成分が、モリブデ ン、タングステン及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、モレキュラー・ シーブがゼオライトYであり、且つ、バインダーがアルミナである、請求項19 の方法。 21. 工程b)において、炭化水素供給材料の硫黄量が、約100p pm未満まで低減され、且つ、炭化水素供給材料の窒素量が、約15ppm未満 まで低減される、請求項13の方法。 22. 工程b)において、炭化水素供給材料の硫黄量が、約50pp m未満まで低減され、且つ、炭化水素供給材料の窒素量が、約5ppm未満まで 低減される、請求項21の方法。 23. 工程b)において、炭化水素供給材料の硫黄量が、約25pp m未満まで低減され、且つ、炭化水素供給材料の窒素量が、約3ppm未満まで 低減される、請求項22の方法。 24. 工程b)における前記第二の水素化処理ゾーンが、約200℃ 〜約550℃の範囲内の温度及び約400psig〜約1,000psigの範 囲内の圧力で操作される、請求項13の方法。 25. 工程c)における前記蒸気分解ゾーンが、約700℃超の温度 及び約0psig〜約75psigの範囲内の螺旋状パイプ配管(コイル)出口 圧力で操作される、請求項13の方法。 26. 工程c)における前記蒸気分解ゾーンが、約700℃〜約92 5℃の範囲内の温度及び約0psig〜約50psigの範囲内の螺旋状パイプ 配管(コイル)出口圧力で操作される、請求項13の方法。 27. 水素化処理に供されていない炭化水素供給材料を基準にして、 H2とC1−C4炭化水素類の留分中のエチレン及びプロピレン及びブタジエンの 収量が、それぞれ少なくとも約5%高められ、且つ、蒸気分解ナフサ留分中のイ ソプレン、シス−ペンタジエン、トランス−ペンタジエン、シクロペンタジエン 及びベンゼンの収量が、それぞれ少なくとも約10%高められる、請求項13の 方法。 28. 約100℃超で沸騰する成分を有する炭化水素供給材料が、少 なくとも二つの水素化処理触媒の存在下、約400psig〜約1,250ps igの範囲内の圧力での水素化処理と、蒸気分解に供される方法の反応生成物で あって、その生成物は、水素及びC1−C4炭化水素類、蒸気分解されたナフサ、 蒸気分解されたガス・オイル及び蒸気分解されたタールを含み、ここにおいて、 生成された蒸気タールの量は、水素化処理に供されていない原料炭化水素供給材 料を基準にして少なくとも約15%低減されている、反応生成物。 29. 水素化処理に供されていない炭化水素供給材料を基準にして、 H2及びC1−C4炭化水素類の留分中のエチレン及びプロピレン及びブタジエン の収量が、それぞれ少なくとも約5%高められており、且つ、蒸気分解ナフサ留 分中のイソプレン、シス−ペンタジエン、トランス−ペンタジエン、シクロペン タジエン及びベンゼンの収量が、それぞれ少なくとも約10%高められている、 請求項28の反応生成物。 30. 炭化水素供給材料が、約150℃〜約650℃の範囲内で沸騰 する成分を有する、請求項28の反応生成物。
