Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a) 界面活性剤を含有する水性相を提供する工程と、 (b) 該水相中で、カプセル封入しようとする部分的に水と混和性の物質と ポリイソシアネートとが溶解または分散される水と不混和性の有機溶剤を分散さ せて、連続した水性相中で有機溶剤のドロップレットの分散系を形成する工程と 、 (c) 該分散系に水溶性の第三アミンを添加する工程と、 (d) その後に該分散系に第一アミン、第二アミン及びヒドロキシ基からな る群から選択される官能基を含有する多官能性化合物を添加し、それによってポ リ尿素またはポリウレタンシェル内にカプセル封入された物質からなる離散カプ セルが形成される工程と、 を含む、部分的に水と混和性の有機物質をポリ尿素またはポリウレタンシェル内 にカプセル封入する方法。 2.前記第三アミンが、前記多官能性化合物を前記水性分散系に添加する少な くとも約2分前に該水性分散系に添加される請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記第三アミンがトリエチルアミンである請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記カプセル封入された物質が、アルコール、アルデヒド、ケトン、酸、 エーテルまたはメルカプタンである請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記カプセル封入された物質が、約100〜約400の範囲の分子量を有 すると共に1、2または3個の酸素原子を有する有機化合物である請求項1に記 載の方法。 6.部分的に水と混和性のフェロモンがカプセル封入され、前記界面活性剤が ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)である請求項1に記 載の方法。 7.水と不混和性のフェロモンがカプセル封入され、前記界面活性剤がポリ( エチレンオキシ)ノニルフェノールである請求項1に記載の方法。 8.前記ポリイソシアネートが、ポリメチレンポリフェニルイソシアネートで ある請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記ポリイソシアネートが、2,4−トルエンジイソシアネート、2,6− トルエンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ナフタレンジイソシ アネート及び2,4,6−トルエントリイソシアネートからなる群から選択される 請求項1に記載の方法。 10.前記ポリメチレンポリフェニルイソシアネートが、式: [式中、nが2〜4である]によって表される請求項8に記載の方法。 11.前記多官能性化合物が、少なくとも4個の窒素原子を含有するアミンで ある請求項1に記載の方法。 12.前記多官能性化合物が、テトラエチレンペンタアミンである請求項11 に記載の方法。 13.前記ポリ尿素のシェルの直径が、約10ミクロン〜約60ミクロンであ る請求項1に記載の方法。 14.ポリ尿素またはポリ尿素/ポリウレタンシェル内にカプセル封入された 、部分的に水と混和性である物質からなるマイクロカプセルにおいて、カプセル 封入された物質の量が少なくとも5%であるマイクロカプセル。 15.前記カプセル封入された物質が部分的に水と混和性のフェロモンであり 、前記カプセル封入された量が少なくとも9%である請求項13に記載のマイク ロカプセル。 16.比重が1よりも小さい請求項14に記載のマイクロカプセル。 17.農業、園芸または林業における有害生物、またはその生息場所、または 保護される農作物に、目標有害生物の生存に必須の生命過程を妨げる部分的に水 と混和性の物質であって、ポリ尿素またはポリウレタンシェル内にカプセル封入 されている物質からなる、水溶性の第三アミンをも含有するマイクロカプセルを 適用する工程を含む、農業、園芸または林業における有害生物と闘う方法。
