Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両トランスミッションのシフト段を電子的に選択且つ/又は制御するた めのシフト装置であって、ギヤ選択手段(3)を備えたシフト機構を有するシフ トノブ(1)が設けられており、該シフトノブ(1)に前記ギヤ選択手段が、少 なくとも1本の軸線(4)を中心として旋回可能に支承されており、機械的なシ フト運動を光学式及び/又は電気式及び/又は液圧式の信号(=シフト命令)に 変換するための手段が設けられており、更に、前記信号を伝達するための手段( 12)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、 車両内室におけるシフトノブ(1)の位置固定的な位置決めのために設けられ た支持アーム(8)の上端部をシフトノブ(1)が形成していることを特徴とす る、車両トランスミッションのシフト段を電子的に選択且つ/又は制御するため のシフト装置。 2.シフト機構がユニバーサルジョイントを有しており、ギヤ選択手段が2本 の軸線(4,5)を中心として可動である、請求項1記載のシフト装置。 3.ギヤ選択手段(3)の運動のガイド路が存在する、請求項2記載のシフト 装置。 4.支持アーム(8)がフレキシブルに構成されている、請求項1から3まで のいずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 5.支持アーム(8)が1本の軸線を中心として旋回可能且つ係止可能である 、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 6.機械的なシフト運動を電気式及び/又は光学式及び/又は液圧式の信号( =シフト命令)に変換するための手段が、機械的なシフト運動を電気式及び/又 は光学式及び/又は液圧式の信号を変換するためのセンサを有している、請求項 1から5までのいずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 7.機械的な運動を電気的若しくは電子的なシフト命令に変換するための手段 として、1つ又は複数のホールセンサが設けられている、請求項1から6までの いずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 8.機械的な運動を電気的若しくは電子的なシフト命令に変換するための手段 として、1つ又は複数のマイクロスイッチが設けられている、請求項1から7ま でのいずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 9.機械的な運動を電気的若しくは電子的なシフト命令に変換するための手段 として、光センサが設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の シフト装置。 10.電子的な信号を伝達するために、少なくとも1つのケーブル接続部材(1 2)が設けられている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 11.光学的な信号を伝達するために、少なくとも1 本のガラスファイバが設けられている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載 のシフト装置。 12.液圧的な流束を伝達するために、少なくとも1本のホース導管が設けられ ている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 13.シフト命令の伝達が、赤外線、超音波又はマイクロ波によって行われる、 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 14.シフトノブ(1)が支持アーム(8)から取外し可能に構成されている、 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 15.シフトノブ側と車両側とに相互に調整された各1つのコード化装置(コー ド化トランスポンダ)が設けられており、これにより、シフトパルスの伝達が、 互いに適合するトランスポンダによってのみ可能である、請求項1から14まで のいずれか1項記載のシフト装置。 16.トランスポンダの欠如が車両の発車禁止をトリガする、請求項15記載の シフト装置。
