Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1のレース(1)が第1のころがり軌道(11)を有し、第2のレース (2)が第2のころがり軌道(21)を有し、一連のアンギュラコンタクトこ ろがり物体(3)が上記第1のころがり軌道(11)と上記第2のころがり軌 道(21)とに接触して配置され、熱補償挿入体(5)が上記第1または第2 のレースに接して止められた、熱補償挿入体を有するころがり軸受において、 上記ころがり軸受の、薄板で作られ、上記熱補償挿入体(5)に当接する上記 第1のレースまたは上記第2のレースの一方のレース(2)が、上記熱補償挿 入体(5)を軸方向および半径方向に固定するための、半径方向の延長部 (22)によって半径方向に延伸されている支持面(6c)を有することを特 徴とする、熱補償挿入体を有するころがり軸受。 2.上記第1のレースまたは上記第2のレースの一方のレース(2)の周囲に位 置する上記熱補償挿入体(5)の周囲が、薄板で作られたソケット(7)に固 定され、上記ソケットは他方のレース(1)の回転軸に向かって半径方向に折 り曲げられた底(7a)を有し、上記底(7a)に対して上記熱補償挿入体 (5)が軸方向に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱補償挿入 体を有するころがり軸受。 3.上記熱補償挿入体(5)の薄板で作られた上記ソケット(7)が外に向けら れた半径方向の延長部(7b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の熱 補償挿入体を有するころがり軸受。 4.上記熱補償挿入体(5)は、熱膨張係数が50×10-6と150×10-6の 間にあり、弾性率が7000N/mm2以下であり、圧縮についての弾性限界 が50N/mm2以上である合成材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1か ら請求項3までのいずれか一つに記載の熱補償挿入体を有するころがり軸受。 5.上記熱補償挿入体(5)は、金属粒子を添加したエラストマからなることを 特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一つに記載の熱補償挿入体 を有するころがり軸受。 6.上記熱補償挿入体(5)は、ポリオキシエチレン、ポリフェニレンサルファ イド、ポリエーテルイミドまたはポリアミドのような熱可塑性重合体材料から なることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一つに記載の熱 補償挿入体を有するころがり軸受。 7.上記熱補償挿入体(5)は、外側のソケット(7)が実質上半径方向に伸び た底(7a)と延長部(7b)とを有するS字形の断面を有し、内側のソケッ ト(6)は内周面にころがり軸受の一つのレース(2)のころがり軌道を有し 、内側のソケット(6)と外側のソケット(7)とを組み合わせて構成された 、断面形状が箱形をなす中空の枠の中に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1 から請求項6までのいずれか一つに記載の熱補償挿入体を有するころがり軸受 。 8.固定の外箱(30)と、互いに軸方向に間隔をおいた二つの肩(e)が設け られ、上記肩(e)が、それぞれ上記外箱(30)内に設けられた二つの衝止 壁(35、36)にそれぞれ当接して上記外箱(30)内に取り付けられた請 求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一つに記載の熱補償挿入体を有する二つの ころがり軸受(33、34)の方にそれぞれ向けられた回転シャフト(32) とを含み、上記ころがり軸受の内レース(1)が上記肩(e)に当接して上記 回転シャフト(32)に挿嵌されている、熱補償挿入体を有するころがり軸受 を適用したシャフト取付け構造において、上記ころがり軸受の一つ(34)の 外レース(2)は、薄板で作られ、上記熱補償挿入体(5)の方向に向かって 上記衝止壁に面して延伸された半径方向の延長部(22)と、上記半径方向の 延長部(22)と上記外箱(30)の軸方向の上記衝止壁(36)との間に位 置する上記熱補償挿入体(5)を取り付ける実質上円錐面をなす支持面と、を 有することを特徴とする、熱補償挿入体を有するころがり軸受を適用したシャ フト取付け構造。
