Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.駆動軸と受軸との間のトルクを伝達するための継手であって、 2つの軸の間で、角度方向の心ずれおよび/または半径方向の心ずれおよび /または軸方向の変位が可能となるように構成され、 それぞれハブ(2)の回転軸(5)に垂直な対称面(4)に対して通常対称 的な凸形の外側歯(3)を有し、一方は上記駆動軸に他方は上記受軸に固定され る2つのハブ(2)と、 上記各外側歯(3)と協働して軸間のトルクを伝達する内側歯(8)を有し 、これらの軸に沿って長手方向にスライド可能なスリーブ管(7)と、 少なくとも1つのハブ(2)に対してスリーブ管(7)の長手方向のスライ ドを制限するよう構成されたストッパ手段(9)とを備えた継手であって、 ハブ(2)の少なくとも1つは、外側歯(3)を支承する壁(11)と、こ のハブを対応する軸に取り付けるためのハブ(2)の一部分(12)との間で、 ハブ(2)の回転軸(5)を中心としてこの軸(5)に実質的に平行に延びる環 状空間(10)を有し、ウェブ(13)がハブの一部分(12)と壁(11)を 連設する一方、環状空間(10)はハブの2つの側方面の1つ(14A)と少な くとも同一側で開口しており、 ストッパ手段(9)は環状空間(10)内に設けられ、 回転軸(5)と直角にハブ(2)に固定され、上記対称面(4)の領域に実 質的に配置される環状ストッパ(15)と、 回転軸(5)の方向を考慮するとき環状ストッパ(15)の少なく とも1つの側部で、ストッパ(15)に組み合わされ、環状ストッパ(15)の 直径とほぼ同様の直径を有してリング状に形成され、スリーブ管(7)の長手軸 (18)に垂直に配置され、スリーブ管(7)に固定される端部ストッパ(16 ,17)と、を備えてなることを特徴とする継手。 2.環状ストッパ(15)の各側部には、該ストッパと組み合わされる上記端部 ストッパ(16,17)が配置され、これら2つの端部ストッパ(16,17) はスライドを制限するのに好適に選択される距離で互いに対向して配置されてい ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の継手。 3.上記ウェブ(13)は対称面(4)から離間して、他方のハブ(2)に最も 近接するハブ(2)の側方面(14B)と同一側面に設置され、 環状ストッパ(15)は、外側歯(3)を支承する壁(11)に固定され、 前記ハブの一部(12)から半径方向に離間しており、 環状ストッパ(15)に組み合わされる端部ストッパ(16,17)と、必 要応じて2つの端部ストッパ(16,17)は、環状ストッパ(15)とハブの 前記一部(12)との間に延び、対応する端部(20)でスリーブ管(7)に固 定されるキャリヤ(25)に支承されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項 記載の継手。 4.前記キャリヤ(25)は、環状ストッパ(15)に組み合わされる2つの端 部ストッパ(16,17)との間で、少なくとも内面がスリーブ管(7)の長手 軸(18)に沿って円筒形をなす壁を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 3項記載の継手。 5.封止リング(27)は、ハブの一部(12)と上記キャリヤ(25)との間 に、好ましくは上記対称面(4)の位置で配置され、前記キャリヤ(25)はス リーブ管(7)の対応する端部(20)を閉じて対応の軸および/またはハブ( 2)が通過可能なオリフィスを持つフランジ(19)を有していることを特徴と する請求の範囲第3項または第4項のいずれかに記載の継手。
