- 유니버설 조인트용 크로스 부재 유닛으로서,각 두 개가 공통 종축(7, 107, 207, 307)을 포함하는 네 개의 트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317)을 가지며, 각 트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317)은 단부 면(18, 118, 218, 318)과, 제1 밀봉 면(21, 121, 221, 321)과, 단부 면(18, 118, 218, 318)으로부터 이격되도록 배치되고 제1 밀봉 면(18, 118, 218, 318)에 비해 직경이 증가된 예비 밀봉 면(24, 124, 224, 324)을 포함하는 크로스 부재(6)를 구비하며,개방 단부(29, 129, 229, 329)를 포함하고 내부에서 트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317)이 롤링 부재(27, 127, 227, 327)에 의해 트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317)의 종축(7, 107, 207, 307) 주위로 회전 가능하게 지지되는 베어링 부시(9, 109, 209, 309)를 트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317) 마다 구비하며,가압 끼움에 의해 베어링 부시(9, 109, 209, 309) 내에 유지되며, 베어링 부시(9, 109, 209, 309)의 개방 단부(29, 129, 229, 329)로부터 돌출되는 환상 캐리어(31, 131, 231, 331)를 포함하며, 트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317)의 제1 밀봉 면(18, 118, 218, 318)과 접촉되는 적어도 하나의 제1 밀봉 립(35, 135, 235, 335)을 포함하며, 트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317)의 예비 밀봉 면(24, 124, 224, 324)과 접촉되는 밀봉 립 또는 비이드 형상의 예비 시일(38, 138, 238, 338)을 포함하는 환상 시일(30, 130, 230, 330)을 베어링 부시(9, 109, 209, 309) 마다 구비하며,트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317)의 단부 면(18, 118, 218, 318)으로부터 이격되도록 배치된 캐리어(31, 131, 231, 331)의 단부 면(32, 132, 232, 332)은 트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317)의 견부(39, 139, 239, 339)의 방사상 면(40, 140, 240, 340)과 함께 환상 간극(26, 126, 226, 326)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스 부재 유닛.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 트러니언(17, 117, 217, 317)의 제3 밀봉 면(22, 122, 222, 322)과 접촉하고 제1 밀봉 립(35, 135, 235, 335)과 제2 밀봉 립(37, 137, 237, 337) 사이에 배치된 제3 밀봉 립(36, 136, 236, 336)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스 부재 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 캐리어(31, 131, 231, 331)는, 단부 면(32, 132, 232, 332)으로부터 이격되도록 배치되고 롤링 부재(27, 127, 227, 327)를 위한 정지 면(34, 134, 234, 334)이 제공된 방사상 환상 부분(33, 133, 233, 333)을 포함하며, 상기 정지 면은 단부 면(32, 132, 232, 332)의 반대쪽을 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스 부재 유닛.

- 제8항에 있어서, 외부 밀봉 면은, 베어링 부시(309)의 개방 단부(329)에 배치되고 외부 시일(147)이 밀봉 접촉되는 단부 면(149)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스 부재 유닛.
