Claims (5)
- 허브(2)의 회전축(5)에 대해 직각방향을 한 대칭면(4)에 대해 대체로 대칭적으로 볼록하게 돌출된 외부톱니(3)를 갖추고서 하나는 구동축에 고정되고 다른 하나는 피동축에 고정된 2개의 허브(2)와, 상기 구동축 및 피동축 사이에서 토오크를 전달하도록 상기 외부톱니(3)와 함께 동작하는 내부톱니(8)를 갖추고서 이들 축을 따라 길이방향으로 미끄럼이동할 수 있도록 된 슬리이브(7) 및, 상기 허브(2)에 대해 슬리이브(7)의 길이방향 미끄럼이동을 제한하도록 된 정지수단(9)을 구비하여서, 구동축과 피동축 사이의 반경방향 어긋남과 축방향 이동을 허용하도록 이루어져 이들 축 사이의 토오크를 전달하도록 된 커플링에 있어서,상기 허브(2)가 이 허브(2)의 회전축(5)과 축중심이 일치하고서 외부톱니(3)를 지지하는 벽체(11)와 이 허브(2)를 상응하는 축에 장착되도록 하는 허브부분(12 ) 사이에서 상기 회전축(5)에 대체로 평행하게 뻗도록 형성된 환형상의 공간(10)과, 상기 벽체(11)를 허브부분(12)에 연결시키는 웨브(13)를 갖추고서, 상기 환형상의 공간(10)이 허브(2)의 두 측면(14A,14B) 중 한 측면(14A)과 동일한 쪽에서 개방되도록 되어 있고, 상기 정지수단(9)은 환형상의 공간(10)내에서 상기 허브(2)에 회전축(5)과 직각되는 방향으로 고정되고서 대략 상기 대칭면(4) 영역에 위치하게 되는 환형상의 정지부(15)와, 회전축(5)의 회전방향을 고려했을 때 상기 환형상의 정지부(15)의 적어도 어는 한쪽에 상기 슬리이브(7)의 길이방향축(18)과 직각방향으로 환형상의 정지부(15)와 유사한 직경의 링형상으로 형성되어 상기 환형상의 정지부(15)와 함께 작용하는 단부정지부(16,17)를 갖추어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크전달 커플링.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 환형상의 정지부(15)의 양쪽 위치에 이 환형상의 정지부(15)와 관련하는 단부정지부(16,17)가 구비되고서, 이들 단부정지부(16,17)는 상기 환형상의 정지부(15)의 미끄럼이동을 제한하기에 적합하도록 설정된 간격을 두고서 서로 마주보도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크전달 커플링.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 웨브(13)가 대칭면(4)에서 떨어진 위치에서 다른쪽 허브(2)에 가깝게 한쪽 허브(2)의 측면(14B)과 동일한 쪽에 갖춰지는 한편, 상기 환형상의 정지부(15)는 외부톱니(3)를 지지하는 벽체(11)에 고정되고서 상기 허브부분(12)으로부터 직경방향으로 일정거리만큼 떨어져 위치하도록 되어 있고, 상기 환형상의 정지부(15)와 관련된 단부정지부(16,17)는 환형상의 정지부(15)와 허브부분(12) 사이로 뻗어 슬리이브(7)의 끝부분(20)에 고정된 캐리어부(25)에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크전달 커플링.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어부(25)는 환형상의 정지부(15)와 관련하는 두단부정지부(16,17) 사이에, 상기 슬리이브(7)의 길이방향축(18)을 따르는 원통형상을 한 내면을 가진 벽체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크전달 커플링.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 허브부분(12)과 캐리어부(25) 사이의 대체로 상기 대칭면(4) 위치에 밀봉링(27)이 설치되는 한편, 상기 캐리어부(25)에는 상기 슬리이브(7)의 끝부분(20)을 폐쇄하기 위한 플랜지(19)와 상기 허브(2)가 통과할 수 있는 구멍이 갖춰진 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크전달 커플링.
