Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 金属を保護するための方法であって、 エポキシ化された液体ゴム、ポリアミン、及び硫黄を含む液体混合物を調製す る工程と、 前記混合物を前記金属に適用して被覆を形成する工程と、 前記被覆が硬化するまで該被覆を加熱する工程とを含む方法。 2. 前記液体混合物を調製する前記工程は、前記硫黄と前記ポリアミンの組み 合わせと、前記硫黄と前記エポキシ化された液体ゴムの組み合わせとを混合する ことを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記混合物を前記金属に適用する前記工程は、形成される被覆が0.1〜 0.3mmの厚さを有するように調整される請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 前記加熱工程は一時間以内に完了する請求項1に記載の方法。 5. 前記加熱工程は前記被覆を150℃〜180℃の範囲の温度にまで加熱す ることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 6. 前記液体混合物は、微粉化した酸化アルミニウム及び微粉化した酸化チタ ンからなる群から選択される熱伝導性物質を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。 7. 前記液体混合物は、2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾール及びジ−フェニル− グアニジンからなる群から選択される硬化促進剤を更に含む請求項1に記載の方 法。 8. 前記液体混合物は、ブタジエン−ニトリルゴムを更に含む請求項1に記載 の方法。 9. 液体エボナイトを加硫するための方法であって、 アミン硬化剤溶液に硫黄を溶解させる工程と、 前記硫黄、アミン硬化剤、及び液体エボナイトの混合物を加熱する工程とを含 む方法。 10. 金属及び該金属の表面を覆う被覆を含む保護された物品であって、前記 被覆はエポキシ化された液体ゴム、ポリアミン、及び硫黄を含む混合物を前記金 属に適用し、該混合物を加熱することにより形成される物品。 11. 前記混合物は熱伝導性物質を更に含む請求項10に記載の物品。 12. 前記熱伝導性物質は微粉化した酸化アルミニウム及び微粉化した酸化チ タンからなる群から選択され、前記エポキシ化した液体ゴム、硫黄、ポリアミン 、及び熱伝導性物質の重量比率はそれぞれ約、100、30〜35、2〜6、5 〜10である請求項11に記載の物品。 13. 前記混合物は、2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾール及びジ−フェニル−グ アニジンからなる群から選択される硬化促進剤を更に含む請求項10に記載の物 品。 14. 前記エポキシ化された液体ゴム、硫黄、ポリアミン、及び硬化促進剤の 重量比率はそれぞれ約、100、30〜35、2〜6、2〜3である請求項13 に記載の物品。 15. 前記混合物は更に弾性化剤を含む請求項10に記載の物品。 16. 前記弾性化剤はブタジエン−ニトリルゴムであり、前記エポキシ化され た液体ゴム、硫黄、ポリアミン、及び弾性化剤の重量比率は、それぞれ約、10 0、30〜35、2〜6、1〜2である請求項15に記載の物品。
