Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 内部が移動可能な壁によって第1のチャンバ(真空チャンバ)と第2のチ ャンバ(作動チャンバ)との2つに分割されたブースタハウジングと、移動可能 な壁に作用する空気圧の差を制御する制御バルブを収容する制御ハウジングとを 有し、前記制御バルブが弾性的なバルブ部材と協働する少なくとも2つのシーリ ング座を有し、シーリング座の1つが一方において作動ロッドによって操作可能 であり、他方において作動ロッドの電磁気によって独立して操作可能であり、そ こを通って電気的ラインがブースタハウジングの内部へ延びているケーブルダク トがブースタハウジングに密封してシールされていて、 その内部に電気的ライン(18、19)が部分的に絶縁されているケーブルダ クト(7)が、射出成形されたプラスチック部品として形成されていることを特 徴とする自動車用空圧式ブレーキ力ブースタ。 2. 電気ライン(18、19)が、その絶縁部分において錫メッキされている ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のブレーキ力ブースタ。 3. 電気的ライン(18、19)が、断面が星型状の形状を有する保持部材( 23)に適合していて、ケーブルダクト(7)がライン(18、19)と共に保 持部材(23)のプラスチック被覆によって設けられていることを特徴とする請 求項1または2記載のブレーキ力ブースタ。 4. ケーブルダクト(7)が、ブースタハウジング(1)に対して支持され保 持クリップ(24)が電気的ライン(各18、19または25)を位置するよう に設けられた径方向の延在部(17)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1な いし3いずれか1項記載のブレーキ力ブースタ。 5. ケーブルダクト(7)がアンチトーション機構を有していることを特徴と する請求項1ないし4いずれか1項記載のブレーキ力ブースタ。 6. ケーブルダクト(7)が、ブースタハウジング(1)に近接した延在部( 17)の側において、ブースタハウジング(1)に設けられた凹部内に係合する 突出部を有していることを特徴とする請求項5記載のブレーキ力ブースタ。
