Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.収容孔を有するハイドロリックブロックを備えたハイドロリックユニットで あって、ハイドロリックブロック内に電磁弁が挿入されている形式のものにおい て、 電磁弁が、ハイドロリックブロック(12)に取り付けられた弁固定装置( 36)を有しており、該弁固定装置が電磁弁(16)を、収容孔(14)内で半 径方向の遊びおよび/または旋回遊びを有する状態で保持していることを特徴と する、ハイドロリックユニット。 2.弁固定装置(36)が電磁弁(16)を、収容孔(14)内で軸線方向の遊 びを有する状態で保持している、請求項1記載のハイドロリックユニット。 3.弁固定装置が保持リング(36)を有しており、該保持リングがハイドロリ ックブロック(12)に固定的に取り付けられており、該ハイドロリックブロッ クが電磁弁(16)を取り囲んでいて、軸線方向に形状結合的に電磁弁(16) に作用している、請求項1または2記載のハイドロリックユニット。 4.保持リング(36)が収容孔(14)の開口領域(46)でかしめることに よりハイドロリックブロック(12)に取り付けられている、請求項3記載のハ イドロリックユニット。 5.保持リング(36)が、半径方向内側に向かって塑性変形されたカラー(4 0)を有しており、該カラーがハイドロリックブロック(12)に向いた、電磁 弁(16)の面(43)に背後から係合している、請求項3記載のハイドロリッ クユニット。 6.保持リング(36)がカラー(40)への移行部(66)で、またはカラー 領域全体で弱化されて形成されている、請求項5記載のハイドロリックユニット 。 7.保持リング(36)の壁厚が、カラー(40)への移行部で、またはカラー 領域全体で減じられている、請求項6記載のハイドロリックユニット。 8.請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の保持リングを電磁弁に取り付ける 方法において、 電磁弁(16)もしくは電磁弁の弁ケーシング(18)に被せ嵌めた保持リ ング(36)のカラー(40)に、変形加工用の内部円錐体(64)を軸線方向 に被せ嵌め、該内部円錐体によって、カラー(40)を半径方向に内側に向かっ て塑性変形させることを特徴とする、電磁弁に保持リングを取り付ける方法。 9.カラー(40)の変形加工後、規定された半径方向の遊びが、カラー(40 )と、電磁弁(16)もしくは該電磁弁の弁ケーシング(18)との間に形成さ れるように、変形加工用の内部円錐体(64) の直径を保持リング(36)のカラー(40)に調和させる、請求項8記載の方 法。 10.変形加工用の内部円錐体(64)の軸線方向運動を保持リング(36)のフ ランジ(38)によって制限する、請求項8記載の方法。
