Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 検出ライン上へ制御信号を発生するためのセンサー装置であって、 少なくとも1つの第1電極、 前記第1電極の近傍に位置する少なくとも1つの第2電極、 それぞれ前記第1および第2電極へつながれた第1および第2の入力ノード、 および前記検出ラインへつながれた出力ノードを有する回路、 前記第1および第2電極に対して電気信号を供給する信号源、 を含み、 ここにおいて、前記信号源によって前記第1および第2電極の少なくとも一方 へ供給される信号に応答して、前記第1および第2電極間に電界が生成されるよ うになっており、 ここにおいて、前記第1および第2電極の少なくとも一方の近傍に刺激が存在 することによって前記電界が影響を受けるように前記第1および第2電極が配置 されており、更に ここにおいて、前記回路が、前記電界に関連して、前記第1および第2電極間 の電位差に関連する制御信号を前記検出ライン上へ発生するようにされたセンサ ー装置。 2. 検出ライン上へ制御信号を発生するためのセンサー装置であって、 少なくとも1つの第1電極、 前記第1電極の近傍に位置する少なくとも1つの第2電極、 前記第1および第2電極の近傍に位置するストローブ電極、 それぞれ前記第1および第2電極へつながれた第1および第2の入力ノードお よび、前記検出ラインへつながれた出力ノードを有する回路、 前記ストローブ電極に対して電気信号を供給する信号源、 を含み、 ここにおいて、前記信号源によって前記ストローブ電極へ供給される信号に応 答して、前記第1および第2電極間に電界が生成されるようになっており、 ここにおいて、前記第1および第2電極の少なくとも一方の近傍に刺激が存在 することによって前記電界が影響を受けるように前記第1および第2電極が配置 されており、更に ここにおいて、前記回路が、前記電界に関連して、前記第1および第2電極間 の電位差に関連する制御信号を前記検出ライン上へ発生するようにされたセンサ ー装置。 3. 請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記信号源によって供給さ れる電気信号が矩形波パルスである装置。 4. 請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記回路が更に、第1およ び第2の能動要素を含んでいる装置。 5. 請求項4記載の装置であって、前記第1および第2の能動要素が更に、差 動増幅器として配置された第1および第2のトランジスタを含んでいる装置。 6. 請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、更に前記第1および第2電 極の各々に付随して能動要素を含む装置。 7. 請求項2記載の装置であって、更に、前記第1電極と前記ストローブ電極 との間につながれた第1の抵抗と、前記第2電極と前記ストローブ電極との間に つながれた第2の抵抗とを含む装置。 8. 請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記第1および第2電極が 誘電性材料を含む基板上に搭載されている装置。 9. 請求項8記載の装置であって、前記回路もまた前記基板上に搭載されてい る装置。 10.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記回路が柔軟な材料の 上に搭載されている装置。 11.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記回路が前記第1およ び第2電極の近傍に位置している装置。 12.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記第2電極が前記第1 電極を本質的に取り囲んでいる装置。 13.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記第1電極が、前記電 極が人間の付属器官によって本質的に覆われるような寸法に作られている装置。 14.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記第2電極の形状が前 記第1電極の形状と本質的に共形であって、前記第2電極から離されている装置 。 15.請求項2記載の装置であって、前記ストローブ電極が本質的に前記第1 および第2電極間に位置している装置。 16.請求項7記載の装置であって、前記第1および第2電極の少なくとも一 方の近傍にある汚染物のインピーダンスと比べて比較的低い入力インピーダンス を前記装置が有するような抵抗値を前記第1および第2の抵抗がそれぞれ有して いる装置。 17.請求項5記載の装置であって、前記第1および第2のトランジスタの両 方のエミッタが第3の抵抗を介して前記信号源へつながれて、前記第3の抵抗が 負の帰還を提供している装置。 18.請求項7記載の装置であって、前記回路が更に、第1および第2の能動 要素を含んでおり、また前記第1および第2の抵抗がそれぞれ前記第1および第 2の能動要素に対して、前記信号源からの前記信号の少なくとも一方の立ち上が り部分において、オンとなるようなバイアスを与えている装置。 19.請求項1記載の装置であって、更に、前記回路のそれぞれ前記信号源と 、第1および第2の入力ノードとの間につながれた第4および第5の抵抗を含む 装置。 20.請求項19記載の装置であって、前記回路が更に第1および第2の能動 要素を含んでおり、また前記第4および第5の抵抗がそれぞれ前記第1および第 2の能動要素に対して、前記信号源からの前記信号の少なくとも一方の立ち上が り部分において、オンとなるようなバイアスを与えている装置。 21.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記第1および第2電極 のいずれかに影響を及ぼす電界に対する刺激の欠如に応答して、前記回路によっ て検出ライン上に生成される制御信号の出力電圧が最小値を取るようになった装 置。 22.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記第1電極に影響を及 ぼす電界に対する刺激の供給、および前記第2電極に影響を及ぼす電界に対する 刺激の欠如に応答して、前記回路によって検出ライン上に生成される制御信号の 出力電圧が最大値へ上昇するようになった装置。 23.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、主として前記第2電極に 影響を及ぼす電界に対する刺激の供給に応答して、前記回路によって検出ライン 上に生成される制御信号の出力電圧が、電界に対する刺激が前記第1電極または 第2電極のどちらにも影響を及ぼさない時よりも低くなるようになった装置。 24.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記第1および第2電極 の両方に対して本質的に等しい効果を有する電界に対する刺激の供給に応答して 、前記回路によって検出ライン上に生成される制御信号の出力電圧が、電界に対 する刺激が前記第1および第2電極のいずれにも影響を及ぼさない場合に前記回 路によって検出ライン上に生成される制御信号の電圧と本質的に同じであるよう になった装置。 25.請求項1または請求項2記載の装置であって、前記回路が出力ノードに おいて、前記第1および第2の入力ノードへ供給される信号の電位差に比例する 出力信号を生成するようになった装置。 26.検出すべき刺激の存在を検出するためのセンサー装置であって、 少なくとも1つの第1電極、 前記少なくとも1つの第1電極に対して電気信号を供給するための信号源、を 含み、 ここにおいて、前記信号源によって前記少なくとも1つの第1電極へ供給され る信号に応答して、前記少なくとも1つの第1電極に関連する電界が生成される ようになっており、 ここにおいて、前記電界が前記少なくとも1つの第1電極の近傍に刺激が存在 することによって影響されるようになっており、更に 前記少なくとも1つの第1電極へつながれた第1の入力ノードと、基準電位へ つながれた第2の入力ノードと、そして出力ノードとを有する回路、 を含み、また ここにおいて、前記回路が、前記第1および第2の入力ノードにおける電圧の 差に関連する信号をその出力ノードに生成するようになっており、これによって 前記出力ノードにおける信号が前記少なくとも1つの第1電極近傍に刺激が存在 することに関連するようにされたセンサー装置。 27.検出すべき刺激の存在を検出するためのセンサー装置であって、 少なくとも1つの第1電極、 前記少なくとも1つの第1電極の近傍に位置するストローブ電極、 前記ストローブ電極に対して電気信号を供給するための信号源、 を含み、 ここにおいて、前記信号源によって前記ストローブ電極へ供給される信号に応 答して、前記少なくとも1つの第1電極に関連する電界が生成されるようになっ ており、 ここにおいて、前記電界が前記少なくとも1つの第1電極の近傍に刺激が存在 することによって影響されるようになっており、更に 前記少なくとも1つの第1電極へつながれた第1の入力ノードと、基準電位へ つながれた第2の入力ノードと、そして出力ノードとを有する回路、 を含み、また ここにおいて、前記回路が、前記第1および第2の入力ノードにおける電圧の 差に関連する信号をその出力ノードに生成するようになっており、これによって 前記出力ノードにおける信号が前記少なくとも1つの第1電極近傍に刺激が存在 することに関連するようにされたセンサー装置。
