Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多数の同一の物体をある特徴に関して検査し、各物体に対して特徴信号を 発生させ、その特徴信号が第1の条件を満たしているかどうかをチェックする検 査装置の信頼性を試験するための方法であって、この検査装置には、一定の個数 の物体の後ろに試験体が導入され、試験体の特徴信号が第2の条件を満たしてい るかどうかがチェックされるようにした方法において、 前記第2の条件は、前記試験体の特徴信号が予め与えられた参照値 に一致しているということからなっていることを特徴とする方法。 2. 前記試験体の特徴信号が前記参照値から比較的わずかだけずれたときに警 告信号が発せられ、それより大きくずれたときには、検査過程が中止せしめられ ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記参照値は、前記試験体の特徴信号が前記参照値として記録されること によって与えられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 前記試験体の特徴信号の前記参照値からの許容し得るずれが、前記試験体 がいくつか前記検査装置を通過することによって前記特徴信号の再現性が確立さ れることによって確立され、前記許容し得るずれが、いくつかの通過の間に得ら れた特徴信号が許容し得るずれの範囲内にあるように設定されることを特徴とす る請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 前記物体は、透明な材料から形成された空き瓶からなり、前記空き瓶中の 異物が認識装置によって認識され、前記認識装置は、前記空き瓶の像を点状に走 査し、隣接する像点の間に生じ た明から暗への遷移をカウントし、それによって、前記特徴信号は、前記明から 暗への遷移に関する記述を含んでいる請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の方 法において、 前記特徴信号は、前記明から暗への遷移のコントラストの分布に関する記 述を含み、同様に、前記参照値は、前記明から暗への遷移のコントラストの分布 に関する記述を含み、前記第2の条件がまたチェックされるとき、前記特徴信号 に含まれたコントラストの分布に関する記述が前記参照値に含まれたコントラス トの分布に関する記述に一致するかどうかがチェックされることを特徴とする方 法。 6. 単一の前記試験体を用いることによって、1つまたはそれ以上の検査装置 の信頼性が、物体の多数の特徴が検査される間に試験されることを特徴とする請 求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の方法。
