Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.フィブリノーゲン結合活性を有するたん白質又はポリペプチドに於て、その たん白質又はポリペプチドはコアグラーゼ陰性ブドウ球菌株に由来することを 特徴とする、上記たん白質又はポリペプチド。 2.フィブリノーゲン結合活性を有するたん白質又はポリペプチドをコードする ヌクレオチド配列を含有する組換えDNA分子に於て、そのたん白質又はポリ ペプチドは、コアグラーゼ陰性ブドウ球菌株に由来することを特徴とする、上 記分子。 3.フィブリノーゲン結合活性を有するたん白質又はポリペプチドをコードする ヌクレオチド配列を含有するプラスミド、ファージ又はファジミドに於て、そ のたん白質又はポリペプチドは、コアグラーゼ陰性ブドウ球菌株に由来するこ とを特徴とする、上記プラスミド、ファージ又はファジミド。 4.請求の範囲2記載の少なくとも1種の組換えDNA分子を含有する微生物。 5.請求の範囲3記載の少なくとも1種のプラスミド、ファージ又はファジミド を含有する微生物。 6.フィブリノーゲンを結合するたん白質又はそのポリペプチドを産生する方法 に於て、請求の範囲2記載の組換えDNA分子少なくとも1種を微生物中に導 入し、この微生物を適当な培地中で培養し、生じたたん白質をクロマトグラフ ィー精製によって単離することを特徴とする、上記方法。 7.フィブリノーゲンを結合するたん白質又はそのポリペプチドを産生する方法 に於て、請求の範囲2記載の組換えたん白質少なくとも1種をファージ粒子上 で発現させ、そのファージ粒子はフィブリノーゲン結合活性を示すことを特徴 とする上記方法。 請求の範囲8記載のDNA配列によって。 18.診断目的に、請求の範囲17記載の抗体を使用する方法。 19.治療及び予防目的に、請求の範囲17記載の抗体を使用する方法。 20.ブドウ球菌の付着を妨害するために、ブドウ球菌の抽出可能画分に対する抗 体を使用する方法。 21.ブドウ球菌の付着を妨害するために、ブドウ球菌から得られた天然フィブリ ノーゲン結合たん白質に対する抗体を使用する方法。 22.ブドウ球菌の付着を妨害するために、請求の範囲1記載のたん白質又はその 一部に対する抗体を使用する方法。 23.免疫原としてブドウ球菌から得られた、フィブリノーゲン結合たん白質又は その一部を使用する方法。 24.免疫原として、請求の範囲1記載のたん白質又はその一部を使用する方法。 25.請求の範囲1記載のたん白質を含む、ワクチン製剤。 26.請求の範囲8記載のDNA配列を含むワクチン製剤。 27.請求の範囲1記載のたん白質を哺乳類に投与することを含む能動免疫法。 28.請求の範囲8記載のDNA配列を哺乳類に投与することを含む能動免疫法。 29.請求の範囲8記載のDNA配列によってコードされた、請求の範囲1記載の たん白質又はペプチドに対してもたらされた抗体を哺乳類に投与することを含 む受動免疫法。
