Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ブレンド重量基準で約30〜98パーセントの量の実質的に結晶性ポリマーの ポリオレフィン成分:および 分子量、密度またはα−オレフィンモノマーの少なくとも一つの多モード分布 を有し、そしてブレンド重量基準で約2〜70パーセントの量で存在する、逐次重 合したエチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体のエラストマー を含んでなる熱可塑性ポリオレフィンブレンド。 2. ポリオレフィンはブレンド重量基準で約50〜95パーセントの量で存在し、 そして結晶性または半結晶性ポリエチレンポリマー、ポリプロピレンポリマー、 またはエチレンと少なくとも一つのC3〜C10α−オレフィンとの共重合体であ る、請求項1に記載のブレンド。 3. 多モードエラストマーは実質的に無定形であり、そして重量基準で約4〜6 0パーセントの量で存在する、請求項1に記載のブレンド。 4.多モードエラストマーは少なくとも約25,000相違する重量平均分子量の少な くとも2モードを有する、請求項3に記載のブレンド。 5. 一つのモードの重量平均分子量は他のモードのそれの少なくとも1.5から 約50倍までの倍数である、請求項4に記載のブレンド。 6. 一つのモードの分子量は約30,000以下であり、そして他のモードの分子量 は少なくとも約150,000である、請求項5に記載のブレンド。 7. より低い分子量モードは約0.88g/cc未満の密度を有する、請求項6に記載 のブレンド。 8. 一つのモードの分子量は少なくとも約75,000であり、そして他のモードの 分 子量は少なくとも約115,000である、請求項4に記載のブレンド。 9. 一つのモードの分子量は約100,000であり、そして他のモードの分子量は 少なくとも約200,000である、請求項4に記載のブレンド。 10. 多モードエラストマーは少なくとも約0.005g/ccだけ相違する密度の少 なくとも2モードを有する、請求項3に記載のブレンド。 11. 多モードエラストマーは少なくとも0.85g/ccの密度の一つのモードおよ び約0.96g/cc未満の密度の他のモードを有し、最高と最低モード密度間の差はほ ぼ0.1g/cc未満である、請求項10に記載のブレンド。 12. 多モードエラストマーは長さで少なくとも1個の炭素原子数だけ相違す るコモノマーを含む2モードを少なくとも有する、請求項3に記載のブレンド。 13. 多モードエラストマーはコモノマーが長さで少なくとも2個の炭素原子 だけ相違し、そしてその一つはプロペン、ブテン、ヘキセンまたはオクテンであ る、少なくとも2モードを有する、請求項3に記載のブレンド。 14. 少なくとも一つの付加ポリマー成分をブレンド重量基準で約1〜20%の 量を更に含んでなる、請求項1記載のブレンド。 15. 少なくとも二つの異なる追加のポリマー成分が存在するが総量でブレン ド重量基準で約3〜35%の量である、請求項1記載のブレンド。 16. 一つの付加ポリマー成分はエチレンとC3〜C10α−オレフィンの共重 合体またはエチレンとC3〜C10α−オレフィンとジエンモノマーのターポリマ ーであり、そして他の付加ポリマー成分はカミンスキーまたはメタロセン触媒で 作ったエチレンおよびα−オレフィンの共重合体である、請求項15記載のブレ ンド。 17. ブレンド重量基準で約1〜30%の量の充填剤を更に含んでなる、請求項 1記載のブレンド。 18. 充填剤はタルク、雲母、ガラス、または炭酸カルシウムである、請求項 17記載のブレンド。 19. 外表面、70,000〜300,000の全分子量、および0.85〜0.95g/ccの全密度 を有する成形製品の形の、請求項1記載のブレンド。 20. 外表面、70,000〜300,000の全分子量、および0.85〜1.25g/ccの全密度 を有する成形製品の形状の、請求項17記載のブレンド。 21. 製品の外表面の少なくとも一部分はコーティングを含む、請求項19記 載のブレンド。 22. 製品の外表面の少なくとも一部分はコーティングを含む、請求項20記 載のブレンド。 23. コーティングは二成分系ポリウレタン材料を含んでなる、請求項21記 載のブレンド。 24. コーティングは二成分系ポリウレタン材料を含んでなる、請求項22記 載のブレンド。
