Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.各部材1の周囲(1B)が粗面化され、それに少なくとも部分的に非湿潤性 の、非晶質炭素被膜(3)が施されていることを特徴とする部材被膜。 2.周囲(1B)が0.1μm〜2μmの深さに粗面化され、被膜(3)の厚さ が3〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部材被膜。 3.周囲(1B)が20μm以下の深さに粗面化され、被膜(3)の深さが5μ m以下であり、機械的に平滑化された表面(1S)が非湿潤性の、非晶質炭 素領域(4)と、周囲(1B)の被覆されていない領域(1F)により形成 され、被覆されていない領域(1F)の全表面積は、非湿潤性の、非晶質炭 素で被覆された領域(4)の全表面積の50%未満であることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の部材被膜。 4.非湿潤性の、非晶質炭素は、次の構造式により表すことができることを特徴 とする部材被膜。 a−C:H:X ただし、Xは化学元素のフッ素または珪素を表す。 5.各部材(1)の周囲(1B)を粗くし、それに少なくとも一の非湿潤性の、 非晶質炭素被膜(3)を施すことを特徴とする被膜の製造方法。 6.各部材(1)の周囲(1B)を0.1μm〜2μmの深さに粗くし、それに 厚さ3μm〜5μmの非湿潤性の、非晶質炭素被膜(3)を施すことを特徴 とする請求項5に記載の被膜の製造方法。 7.各部材(1)の周囲(1B)を20μmの深さに粗くし、それに厚さ5μm 以下の非湿潤性の、非晶質炭素被膜(3)を施し、次いで、このようにして 形成される表面(1S)を機械的に平滑にすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載 の被膜の製造方法。
