Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.TH2細胞介在性免疫応答を阻害するのに有効な量で、イミダゾキノリン アミン、イミダゾピリジンアミン、6,7−縮合シクロアルキルイミダゾピリジ ンアミン、および1,2−架橋イミダゾキノリンアミンから成る群より選択され る免疫応答修飾化合物を投与する工程を含む、湿疹を除く非ウイルス性および非 腫瘍性TH2細胞介在性疾患を治療する方法。 2.前記疾患が寄生性感染症である、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記疾患が細菌性疾患である、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記疾患が真菌性疾患である、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記疾患が、喘息、アレルギー、らい病、全身性エリテマトーデス、オー メン症候群、リーシュマニア症、トキソプラズマ感染症、トリパノソーマ感染症 、カンジダ症およびヒストプラスマ症から成る群より選択される、請求項1に記 載の方法。 6.前記疾患が喘息およびアレルギー性鼻炎から成る群より選択される、請求 項1に記載の方法。 7.前記化合物が経口または経鼻吸入を介して投与される、請求項1に記載の 方法。 8.前記化合物が局所用クリームまたはゲルを介して投与される、請求項1に 記載の方法。 9.前記化合物が4−アミノ−2−エトキシメチル−α,α−ジメチル−1H −イミダゾ[4,5−c]キノリン−1−エタノールおよび1−(2−メチルプ ロピル)−1H−イミダゾ[4,5−c]キノリン−4−アミンから成る群より 選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.前記免疫応答修飾化合物が、式IXの化合物であるか、 またはその薬学的に受容可能な塩であり、 ここで、 R19は、1〜6個の炭素原子を含有するアルキルおよび1〜6個の炭素原子を 含有するヒドロキシアルキルから成る群より選択され; R29は、水素、1〜6個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル、アルコキシアルキル (ここで、前記アルコキシ部分は1〜4個の炭素原子を含有し、前記アルキル部 分は1〜4個の炭素原子を含有する)、および1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するヒ ドロキシアルキルから成る群より選択される、 請求項1に記載の方法。 11.前記R19は、2−メチルプロピルまたは2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチルプ ロピルである、請求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記R29は、水素、メチル、ブチル、ヒドロキシメチル、エトキシメチ ル、およびメトキシメチルから成る群より選択される、請求項10に記載の方法 。 13.イミダゾキノリンアミン、イミダゾピリジンアミン、6,7−縮合シク ロアルキルイミダゾピリジンアミン、および1,2−架橋イミダゾキノリンアミ ンから成る群より選択される免疫応答修 飾化合物を、IL−4および/またはIL−5サイトカインを阻害するのに有効な量 で投与する工程を含む、IL−4および/またはIL−5サイトカインの誘導を阻害 して、湿疹を除く非ウイルス性および非腫瘍性疾患を治療する方法、但し。 14.イミダゾキノリンアミン、イミダゾピリジンアミン、6,7−縮合シク ロアルキルイミダゾピリジンアミン、および1,2−架橋イミダゾキノリンアミ ンから成る群より選択される免疫応答修飾化合物を、好酸球増加症を阻害するの に有効な量で投与する工程を含む、湿疹を除く好酸球増加症を治療する方法。 15.前記化合物が経口または経鼻吸入を介して投与される、請求項14に記 載の方法。 16.前記化合物が局所用クリームまたはゲルを介して投与される、請求項1 4に記載の方法。 17.前記化合物が4−アミノ−2−エトキシメチル−α,α−ジメチル−1 H−イミダゾ[4,5−c]キノリン−1−エタノールおよび1−(2−メチル プロピル)−1H−イミダゾ[4,5−c]キノリン−4−アミンから成る群よ り選択される、請求項14に記載の方法。 18.前記免疫応答修飾化合物が、式IX の化合物であるか、 またはその薬学的に受容可能な塩であり、 ここで、 R19は、1〜6個の炭素原子を含有するアルキルおよび1〜6個の炭素原子を 含有するヒドロキシアルキルから成る群より選択され; R29は、水素、1〜6個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル、アルコキシアルキル (ここで、前記アルコキシ部分は1〜4個の炭素原子を含有し、前記アルキル部 分は1〜4個の炭素原子を含有する)、および1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するヒ ドロキシアルキルから成る群より選択される、 請求項14に記載の方法。 19.前記R19は、2−メチルプロピルまたは2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチルプ ロピルである、請求項18に記載の方法。 20.前記R29は、水素、メチル、ブチル、ヒドロキシメチル、エトキシメチ ル、およびメトキシメチルから成る群より選択される、請求項18に記載の方法 。
