- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 103421Paの荷重下、20℃で窒素中、133.322〜13332.2Paの範囲内の圧力に おいて、 160kg/m3以下の充填密度並びに 133.322〜1333.322Paにおいて0.260ln P+4.53milliWatt/meterK(mW/m ・K)以下の熱伝導率(TC)及び1333.322〜13332.2Paにおいて(0.824ln P+0.4 7)mW/m・K以下の熱伝導率を有する粒状組成物。 2. 組成物がゲル組成物である請求項1記載の粒状組成物。 3. ゲル組成物はゲル成分と不透明剤を含んでいる請求項2記載の組成物。 4. 不透明剤はカーボンブラック、活性炭、グラファイト、並びにカーボンブ ラック及び金属酸化物又はこれらの混合物を含んだ複合材料である請求項3記載 の組成物。 5. ゲル組成物は3重量%以上の不透明剤を含んでいる請求項4記載の組成物 。 6. 不透明剤はカーボンブラックである請求項4記載の組成物。 7. 充填密度が140kg/m3以下である請求項2記載の組成物。 8. 133.322〜1333.322Paにおいて熱伝導率が(0.304ln P+3.91)mW/m・K以 下であり、そして1333.322〜133332.2Paにおいて(0.825ln P+0.16)mW/m・K以 下である請求項2記載の組成物。 9. 組成物は50〜500ミクロンの平均粒径を有する請求項2記載の組成物。 10.組成物は0.90以上の多孔度を有する請求項2記載の組成物。 11.ゲル成分及び不透明剤を含む粒状ゲル組成物であって、ゲル組成物は1034 21Paの荷重下、20℃で窒素中、133.322〜13332.2Pa の範囲内の圧力において、 160kg/m3以下の充填密度、 133.322〜1333.322Paにおいて0.260ln P+4.53milliWatt/meterK(mW/m ・K)以下の熱伝導率及び1333.322〜13332.2Paにおいて(0.824ln P+0.47)mW/ m・Kの熱伝導率、 50〜500ミクロンの平均粒径並びに 0.90以上の多孔度を有する該組成物。 12.不透明剤はカーボンブラックである請求項11記載の粒状ゲル組成物。 13.103421Paの荷重下、20℃で窒素中、1333.22Paの圧力において、160kg/m3 以下の充填密度及び6.4mW/m・K以下の熱伝導率を有する粒状組成物。 14.組成物はゲル組成物である請求項13記載の粒状組成物。 15.ゲル組成物はゲル成分及び不透明剤を含む請求項14記載の組成物。 16.不透明剤はカーボンブラック、活性炭、グラファイト、並びにカーボンブ ラック及び金属酸化物又はこれらの混合物を含んだ複合材料である請求項15記載 の組成物。 17.ゲル組成物は3重量%以上の不透明剤を含んでいる請求項16記載の組成物 。 18.不透明剤はカーボンブラックである請求項16記載の組成物。 19.充填1度がl40kg/m3以下である請求項14記載の組成物。 20.熱伝導率が6.1mW/m・K以下である請求項14記載の組成物。 21.組成物は50〜500ミクロンの平均粒度を有する請求項14記載の組成物。 22.組成物は0.90以上の多孔度を有する請求項14記載の組成物。 23.ゲル成分及び不透明剤を含む粒状ゲル組成物であって、ゲル組成物は1034 21Paの荷重の下、20℃で窒素中、1333.22Paの圧力において、 160kg/m3以下の充填密度、 6.4mW/m・K以下の熱伝導率、 50〜500ミクロンの平均粒径並びに 0.90以上の多孔度を有する該組成物。 24.不透明剤はカーボンブラックである請求項23記載の粒状ゲル組成物。 25.103421Paの荷重下、20℃で窒素中、133.322Paの圧力において、160kg/m3 以下の充填密度及び5.8mW/m・K以下の熱伝導率を有する粒状組成物。 26.組成物はゲル組成物である請求項25記載の粒状組成物。 27.ゲル組成物はゲル成分及び不透明剤を含む請求項26記載の組成物。 28.不透明剤はカーボンブラック、活性炭、グラファイト、並びにカーボンブ ラック及び金属酸化物又はこれらの混合物を含んだ複合材料である請求項27記載 の組成物。 29.ゲル組成物は3重量%以上の不透明剤を含んでいる請求項28記載の組成物 。 30.不透明剤はカーボンブラックである請求項28記載の組成物。 31.充填密度が140kg/m3以下である請求項26記載の組成物。 32.熱伝導率が5.4mW/m・K以下である請求項26記載の組成物。 33.組成物は50〜500ミクロンの平均粒度を有する請求項26記載の組成物。 34.組成物は0.90以上の多孔度を有する請求項26記載の組成物。 35.ゲル成分及び不透明剤を含む粒状ゲル組成物であって、該ゲル組成物は10 3421Paの荷重下、20℃で窒素中、133.322Paの圧力において、 160kg/m3以下の充填密度、 5.8mW/m・K以下の熱伝導率、 50〜500ミクロンの平均粒度並びに 0.90以上の多孔度を有する該組成物。 36.不透明剤はカーボンブラックである請求項35記載の粒状ゲル組成物。 37.103421Paの荷重下、周囲温度で窒素中、13332.2Paの圧力において、 160kg/m3以下の充填密度及び 9mW/m・K以下の熱伝導率を有する粒状組成物。 38.組成物がゲル組成物である請求項37記載の粒状組成物。 39.ゲル組成物はゲル成分及び不透明剤を含む請求項38記載の組成物。 40.不透明剤はカーボンブラック、活性炭、グラファイト、並びにカーボンブ ラック及び金属酸化物又はこれらの混合物を含んだ複合材料である請求項39記載 の組成物。 41.ゲル組成物は3重量%以上の不透明剤を含んでいる請求項40記載の組成物 。 42.不透明剤はカーボンブラックである請求項40記載の組成物。 43.充填密度が140kg/m3以下である請求項38記載の組成物。 44.熱伝導率が8mW/m・K以下である請求項38記載の組成物。 45.組成物は50〜500ミクロンの平均粒度を有する請求項38記載の組成物。 46.組成物は0.90以上の多孔度を有する請求項38記載の組成物。 47.ゲル成分及び不透明剤を含む粒状ゲル組成物であって、該ゲル組成物は10 3421Paの荷重下、周囲温度で窒素中、13332.2Paの圧力において、 160kg/m3以下の充填密度、 9mW/m・K以下の熱伝導率、 50〜500ミクロンの平均粒度並びに 0.90以上の多孔度を有する該組成物。 48.不透明剤はカーボンブラックである請求項47記載の粒状ゲル組成物。 49.超臨界乾燥ではない方法によって得られたゲル組成物は0.95以上の多孔度 及び100kg/m3以下のロッド密度(rod density)を有する該組成物。 50.ゲル組成物はゲル成分及び不透明剤を含む請求項49記載のゲル組成物。 51.不透明剤はカーボンブラックである請求項50記載のゲル組成物。 52.請求項1記載の粒状組成物を含んでいる断熱体。 53.粒状組成物はゲル組成物である請求項52記載の断熱体。 54.請求項13記載の粒状組成物を含んでいる断熱体。 55.粒状組成物はゲル組成物である請求項54記載の断熱体。 56.請求項25記載の粒状組成物を含んでいる断熱体。 57.粒状組成物はゲル組成物である請求項56記載の断熱体。 58.請求項37記載の粒状組成物を含んでいる断熱体。 59.粒状組成物はゲル組成物である請求項58記載の断熱体。 60.冷却器具における熱絶縁媒体として請求項52記載の断熱体の使用。
