Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. サブマージアーク溶接法において、金属基体に対して別途供給するか、 または溶融する消耗電極ワイヤー(単数または複数)すなわち電極コード(単数 または複数)の外側に付着させて供給するための、多量の合金元素を含む予め合 金化されたアトマイズ金属粉末の使用。 2. 粉末が鉄基粉末である請求項1に記載された粉末の使用。 3. 粉末が気体によりアトマイズされるか、水によりアトマイズされた、請 求項1または請求項2に記載された粉末の使用。 4. 溶融電極ワイヤーすなわちコードが合金化されていないかまたは低合金 の金属で実質的に構成されている請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記 載された粉末の使用。 5. 電極金属が合金化されていないかまたは低合金の鉄である請求項4に記 載された粉末の使用。 6. 粉末に対する消耗電極の比率が2.33〜0.25の範囲、好ましくは 1.5未満であるのが好ましい請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載 された粉末の使用。 7. 粉末の合金元素の量が少なくとも2重量%である請求項6に記載された 粉末の使用。 8. 合金元素がCr、Ni、Mo、Mn、V、Nb、Si、N、C、Co、 TiおよびWから成る群から選ばれる請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項 に記載された粉末の使用。 9. 元素の量が重量%で、Cr:0〜55、Ni:0〜50、Mo:0〜3 5、Mn:0〜15、V:0〜17、Nb:0〜15、Si:0〜5、N:0〜 0.8、C:0〜8、Co:0〜55、Ti:0〜15およびW:0〜65であ る請求項8に記載された粉末の使用。 10. 粉末が、実質的に、鉄と、0〜40重量%のCo、7〜17重量%のW 、5〜15重量%のMo、0.05〜2.5重量%のMn、1〜6重量%のV、 0.05〜2.5重量%のSi、0.40重量%未満のN、および1〜4.0重 量% のCとで構成されて成る請求項8に記載された粉末の使用。 11. 粉末が12〜35重量%のCr、25重量%未満のNi、15重量%未 満のMo、0.05〜15重量%のMn、0〜8重量%のV、0〜8重量%のN b、0〜10.0重量%のSi、0.5重量%未満のN、および0.005〜5 重量%のCを含んで成る鉄基粉末で構成されて成る請求項9に記載された粉末の 使用。 12. 粉末が20〜34重量%のCr、0〜18重量%のNi、0.5〜8重 量%のMo、0.1〜5重量%のMn、0.1〜2.0重量%のV、0.1〜2 .0重量%のNb、0.05〜3.0重量%のSi、0.005〜0.4重量% のN、および0.005〜0.8重量%のCを含んで成る鉄基粉末で構成されて 成る請求項11に記載された粉末の使用。 13. 粉末が磁性を有する請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載 された粉末の使用。 14. 金属基体の表面被覆のための請求項1から請求項13までのいずれか一 項に記載された粉末の使用。 15. 請求項1から請求項14までのいずれか一項に記載された粉末の使用に 基づくサブマージアーク溶接法による金属基体の被覆方法。
