Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式Iの化合物を調製するプロセスであって: ここで: R1、R2、R3およびR4は、独立して、水素およびハロからなる群から選択される が、但し、R1、R2、R3およびR4の少なくとも1個は水素でありかつR1、R2、R3お よびR4の少なくとも1個はハロであり;そして 該点線は、任意の二重結合を表わし; 該プロセスは、以下を包含する: (a)式1の化合物を: (i)式2のアミドを得るために、パラジウム触媒および一酸化炭素の存在下 にて、式NHR5R6のアミンと反応させる工程; ここで、R5は、水素であり、そしてR6は、C1〜C6アルキル、アリールまたはヘテ ロアリールであり; R5は、C1〜C6アルキル、アリールまたはヘテロアリールであり、そしてR6は、水 素であり; R5およびR6は、独立して、C1〜C6アルキルおよびアリールからなる群から選択さ れ;または R5およびR6は、それらが結合している窒素と一緒になって、4個〜6個の炭素原 子を含有するかまたは3個〜5個の炭素原子ならびに-O-および-NR9-からなる群 から選択される1個のヘテロ部分を含有する、環を形成し、ここで、R9は、H、C1 〜C6アルキルまたはフェニルである;;または (ii)式2Aのエステルを得るために、パラジウム触媒および一酸化炭素の存在 下にて、式R10OHのアルコールと反応させる工程; ここで、R10は、C1〜C6低級アルキルまたはC3〜C6シクロアルキルであり: それに続いて、式2のアミドを得るために、2Aの化合物を、式NHR5R6のアミンと 反応させる工程; (b)式4の化合物を得るために、式2のアミドを、強塩基の存在下にて、式3 の化合物と反応させる工程: ここで、R1、R2、R3およびR4は、上で定義したとおりであり、そしてR7は、Clま たはBrである: (c)(i)式4の化合物を、式5aのシアノ化合物に転化する工程:;または (c)(ii)式4の化合物または式5aのシアノ化合物を、式5bのアルデヒドに転化 する工程: (d)それぞれ、式7aのケトンまたは式7bのアルコールを得るために、化合物5a または5bを、式6のピペリジン誘導体と反応させる工程: ここで、Lは、ClおよびBrからなる群から選択される脱離基である: (e)(i)式Iの化合物を得るために、式7aの化合物を環化する工程であって、こ こで、該点線は、二重結合を表わす;または (e)(ii)式Iの化合物を得るために、式7bの化合物を環化する工程であって、 ここで、該点線は、単結合を表わす、 プロセス。
